  I have visited several utv dealerships and just drove to the Jackson dealership to just look around had a great visit as a matter of fact I took my wife with me on the next trip and we were treated great and showed several utv so now I'm the proud owner of a can am defender only have about 10 hours on it but I'm very satisfied and all of the accessories fit perfectly. We received exceptional personal assistance from Vince Kish throughout the whole process. Will definitely go back.

  Horrible customer service on the phone and in person. Parts department didnt give the time of day very belittling as well. if youre in the athens area drive to columbus or WV.

  After coming here since I was a little boy, I can firmly say that some of the people who work here, act like they are entitled to more than they deserve. I saw another review about how they don't treat you well unless you are a regular. That statement has became true. You have amazing products, and I normally buy from here, but some of your staff need to be fired, and replaced with new people. What ever happened to Service with a smile?

  After 30 hours on my new Commander I managed a few flips, sunk and plowed thru brush higher than my sled. Maintance schedule #1 speared by Mike & Co went phenomenal!!! Informative, caring and reasonable. Thanks! Would NEVER LOOK ANYWHERE ELSE! See ya in 25 hours!

  If it were possible I would give the service department -5 the guys at the front counter are more than helpful. But the service manager does not care about customer service. Ridiculously rude definitely do not suggest to anyone.
