This place is excellent, with loads of nice amminities and very well kept properties. It is a very large 55+ community.

This place is going downhill fast!!! Management does not get anything accomplished. Roads are a big issues, they are sinking everywhere and rather then fix them properly they bring sand around to fill them for YEARS on end. Emergency Response such as Ambulances are unable to reach residents homes in a timely manner due to road blockages and the sinkholes, it's a very dangerous situation that is being handled by giving excuses from management. Yards are being let go and management is doing nothing. The price for storing a boat or RV is very high, yet they don't keep the gate fixed to keep the items secure (it's been broken since we've been here). To top it off rents continue to rise - FAST. 2019 rents will increase 7-8%! We found a beautiful home here, cheap, now we know why! Residents are calling news reporters and news channels for assistance it's that bad!

I have worked for several of the homeowners and they always seem happy with the amenities that tanglewood offers.

Great homes in a nice park like community. Extremely high lot rent outweighs the benefits. Lot rent keeps going up beyond cost of living raise. Nice to own for a winter home or full time residence if high monthly lot rent is not an issue for you.

Great place for retirement. I used to work out here often. The only off set is the strict rules they have, but this is a quiet place for older adults that want great homes. They have activities often for the residents, and also is a gated password only community
