My boyfriend took me their for my birthday and our first date. Place is beautiful on the inside. Waitress we had on my birthday was the best waitress I have ever had- I did not know her, but her timing was perfect the entire time and we ordered appetizers, entrees, wines, bread and butter, etc. all food was good-homemade. Filling and all around just great. Thank you to the waitress who served us at 6-7pm on Saturday, December 16th!

Went to meet a couple friends for there anniversary for a drink. Not a fan of the owner, so selfish and mean, but that's where they wanted to go. Not my cup of tea

Wow, I can't believe my mom was hiding this gem from me, lol. I've been visiting her in Sebring for over 10 years and I never knew about this place, but she did! We came here for her 90th bday. We had a great time and the food was really good. I have had mediocre meals all over town (Except Cang Tong, A+) Now, with knowing how good Chicanes is, I'll be coming back a few times, each time I visit Mom.
The staff is friendly, courteous and accommodating. Thanks to "T" and all the others the helped make my Mom's night go perfect.response / report this review -

It is not pricey like other reviews claim. The eggs beni were good, not made from scratch or anything, but good. Drinks were well made and very reasonably priced.

A great place to celebrate a birthday. My best friend, Judy, brought me here for lunch. The staff were so sweet. Here's a picture of my birthday cream brulee, which was oh so good. It's always a treat to meet friends at Chicane's.

Absolutely the best food ever. This is Our 2nd visit we drove over 2 hrs to for the food. The serving staff is the most politely mannered ever. Way better then $200 plate restaurants. Will be back many time

The owner, Christine is extremely rude and disrespectful to her staff. Seems to be of the Very Selfish Club and it permeates throughout the whole place. I hear they actually live there at the hotel. Creepy. Poor staff and anyone who encounters her

Best restaurant in Sebring
We have been coming to the hotel for the last 5 years, and we love the food at Chicanes. It has been consistently​ good for all these years, the staff very accommodating, they specials every day plus an early dinner menu. The restaurant has a pretty view of the lake and the gardens. Save room for dessert.. I had the strawberry shortcake , and it was amazing.response / report this review -

I ordered a fish sandwich and it wasn't fully cooked and when I complained and asked for something else the owner told the waiter that we would have to pay for something else. Last I checked even McDonald's will give u free food if they mess up ur order u would think a high quality restraunt would be able to fix there mistakes not make u pay for it. Their creme brule was also terrible.
