Great hotel to stay at. Very clean and comfortable. Plenty of local joints around to eat at. Their breakfast options are pretty nice.

Great hotel and staff!!! 👍🏼 Pet Friendly too!! 🐶🐱 I came here and stayed with my dog and my boys. Big suites with kitchenette. They provide the plates, cups, silverware. Also they provide a hot plate and pots so that you cook if desired! 😉

Very clean and modern. With wonderful welcoming & accommodating staff...I've stayed in some fancy hotels in Augusta yet this hotel is my favorite! I'm a sucker for ambience and outdoor space and this place has it just right. I enjoy the fire pit and large rooms with a real fridge! I will say the put put golf area is a first that I've ever seen at a hotel. Definitely will be staying here again!

We actually didn't stay, we had friends in from columbia and surprised my husband with their visit. The front desk was super friendly in helping it appear that I had rented the room, even going so far as to have me 'sign' and show my id before giving the key card our friend had left. Very clean and peaceful.

Strange smell in the hallways like sewage back up even though it is new. Steps creak like an old building. Good breakfast selection, love the snack area. Day shift staff friendly and helpful, second shift staff indifferent and didnt want to be bothered. Super comfy sheets!

What a fantastic experience. We had to come in late after a show, and the staff was super helpful getting us checked in. Room were big, beautiful, comfortable and well-designed. Breakfast was amazing with lots of unique and quality choices. Great pool. Would stay again.

Was here on business. Room was great and very clean. I found not one thing one wrong. The staff was super nice and very helpful. Loved the fact there were sidewalks on the surrounding roads and I could run in the mornings. GREAT place to stay! :-)

Decent service. The rooms are spacious. Our AC broke and they moved us. The military rate the lady quoted me was $4 more than per diem, but the website offered the correct rate. The wifi is abysmal. It will constantly disconnect you and then freeze when you are trying to log back on. As a positive, each room comes with a full fridge and you can pick up a hot plate at the front.

This hotel is the full package- beyond excellent customer service, great amenities, and amazing rooms. I stayed here April for 2 nights. I could have very comfortably stayed there longer if needed. Plenty of parking too.

Customer Service: I had reserved a room with a king size bed. Last minute my mom was able to join me so upon checking in I requested to be moved to a room with two beds. The hotel was full so they didn't think they had any... after poking around for 5 minutes the lady at the front desk found a room where the guest checked out early. The entire time she was searching for a room she so gracious and kept apologizing for the amount of time it was taking. I was blown away with her customer service.

Room (two full size beds): lovely room that is well designed with wonderful natural lighting. Full kitchen and great living area. It also had an office area and plenty of space to hang your clothes. In the office area one of the tables was on wheels which made it easy to work from the living room/ couch area, if preferred. The bed was very comfortable along with great quality linens and pillows. The kitchen had a decent size refrigerator- it could easily hold a week or two of groceries. The kitchen even had a dishwasher and was full stocked with all dishes and utensils. The bathroom was smaller in the sense two people couldn't comfortably use it at once (blow dry/ style hair & put on makeup.) However, the room is so large that it is very easy to find an area to style your hair outside of the bathroom. The bathroom had a shower (no tub), sink, and toilet- everything was in great condition.

Amenities: great workout area with tons of equipment and wonderful complimentary breakfast. Multiple juices, healthier cereal with choice of healthy toppings, bagels and toast, pancakes and eggs, & coffee. The staff working the breakfast was nice and gracious- I was eating my breakfast while it was closing and two of the staff members (separately) asked me if I wanted more of anything before closing it up. After saying I was fine one of the staff members even replied," are you sure? You are eating bread so you might be thirsty in a little bit." They really do have the friendliest people working at this hotel.

The hotel really is the full package. Anyone staying in Augusta I will always point them to this hotel.

Was clean and beds are comfortable. Gave only 4 stars because the breakfast was not what I am used to from a Hilton. Not very good.
