  went to ask if they had any pictures frames big enough for a gift drawings i made, left without the frame but got two other decorations as an additional gift and the lass at the checkout was very nice and helpful!

  This is a great small town hardware store. They have a little bit of every everything. Customer service is usually good and they have been helpful with loading large orders for me. Please help support them.

  They are good with personal and business transactions - timely, helpful and always have the parts and products that I cannot find anywhere else. However, oddly, with 2 transactions on behalf of non-profit organizations - one a church and the other another non-profit org - they were EXTREMELY late with delivery, promised in 2 weeks but it took almost 2 months and then the installation had all kinds of problems. And for the other, items were back-ordered and then the back-order was back-ordered. I am not saying that this is an overall pattern but strange that it happened twice with me. I give them 5 for the former and only a 1 for the latter so averages to a 3.
