From how I was treated
I found the staff (and Matt in particular) helpful, professional, and accommodating.
I found them to be concerned with providing a fair price for the work completed (e.g., removing old & brittle racing stripes from an 05 Mustang).
When a hiccup in the work occurred, they owned it (which is huge!) and worked to make it right.
As it is a work in progress - I'll keep you posted :-)
**Update (11/10/16) the work is completed!! Fair price and good advice on the care of the stripes as well as on where to good to have the car buffed out prior to having the stripes put on. My experience with them has been phenomenal - it is a sharp looking 05 Mustang - thanks!response / report this review -

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ,THERE WAY OR HIGHWAY, ORDERD PRUDUCT WASN'T WHAT I ASKED FOR PUT WAS STILL FORCED TO PAY !!!!!
