I ordered a door handle from this store and they arrived in a timely manner. What most impressed me was when one of the parts was missing, I was able to directly reach out to them and get a replacement part within a few days at no charge. Very good customer service overall. Would definitely purchase from here again. Their prices are excellent as well!

Built a home with Brumble (who own home hardware) and they use Weslock products. In two years I’ve had problems with all outdoor keyed Weslock handles. They constantly lock us out of our house if you don’t engage the handle on both sides. Most recently my garage side door handle completely blocked me from opening the door. It broke in a locked position and I had to drill the latch out. Don’t buy Weslock products if you have a choice.

I searched high and low for a modern front door handle set but no one had the discontinued style I wanted. I called more than a dozen shops. When I called JWI Supply, Dallas picked up the phone and offered a solution I hadn't even considered. He told me to try and locate a 'dummy set' and he'll make it work. Dallas is such a professional and went out of his way to help me. I located a dummy set, had it shipped to him directly and it only took only a day or two to set it up for me. I received it quickly and it's now installed and is beautiful. I am so happy and would highly recommend JWI Supply, especially if you can work with Dallas! Thank you!!!
