  Used BEST 3PL for many years, their WMS system is awesome, I can track every steps for inbound, outbound and kitting process. Good 3PL

  Maybe good customer service..but inside the warehouse.. its VERY poor conditions..very stressful and low pay to recieving associates..no benefits for working hard at all or any recognition programsfaulty equipment and understaffed all around makes it difficult to stay herethere is a HIGH turnaround rate for people coming in wanting to work,but they discover(new workers)..that this chino branch(under tristans supervision/acting warehouse manager)doesnt provide anything but a low paying check while breaking your back for itif there were periodic monetary merit increases in both wages for difficulty of jobs being performed and a spending budget for improvement of overall supplies..im SURE there would be a change in moralebut as of now..its VERY low..only way to see improvements in production is to value "contributeing" associates for their consistencyas a business grows..and there is no value for loyalty givenconditions in morale WONT improveand haveing a well paid and adequately supplied staff is a cornerstone/milestone to making a business MORE succesdful..without any thank yous or monetary programs for hard working individuals here..this place will thrive only by sheer luck..and fleeting incompetenceWHEN are these warehouse businesses going to get that?
  
  Only time will tell if ANYONE from corporate will see this and make internal strides for improvementas of now..the acting warehouse manager tristan and the h.r. representative (tia marrow),dont care about their employees at alland it shows in their poor attitudes..
  
  Tristan bui and Victor tran are romantically involved.. if you have more knowledge of your job or make more than they do.. they will plot to fire you using Claudia chen(human resources) as their advocate by saying that your "picking" on Victor.. which gets Tristan angry and vengeful. This kind of outside company drama is brought into best logistics and interferes with company operations day in and out.. resulting of Victor trans miships and errors althewhile Tristan bui is covering up Victor trans daily errors by blameing and firing innocent people along the way..
  
  This chino branch will soon follow the Texas branch and close down due to Tristan's constant wrongdoings and lack of leadership/direction/and Tristan's own accountability for him and trouble causeing Victor tranif corporate doesn't file an internal investigation into what Victor tran and Tristan bui are doing to their company..althewhile bringing back ALL the people wrongfully terminated during the Corona virus pandemic..
  
  Oh..by the way the review by Chris Clark does NOT count because Chris Clark works for best logistics and likes to "suck up" for his job because he calls off infrequently and tries to cover up the fact that he's a " yes" man for the company 24/7..makes you how many friends family and associates are actually the only ones giving good rateings to this company to save their jobs.🙄
  
  This all impacts the quality of service both in shipping torn/tattered product from the warehouse that often gets blamed on the courrier when it isn't the courriers fault..but the incompetent company itself.. Ryan brodzicki I hope your viewing this
  
  All photos are photoshopped in 2021 and feedback is left by former employee .. this chino branch looks NOTHING like any of the pics.. there are no happy bts looking truck drivers.. more angry ones because they have to wait for their deliveries or pickups..
