Clean rooms, friendly staff and good breakfast. I had no issues during my week long stay.

My go to hotel when in Waycross. I like this location because it's close to shopping and to the eateries I've never had an issue at this hotel although I did have to request my linens be changed because they weren't changed when I requested from a double nights stay. However, housekeeping came up after hours and gladly changed my sheets for me so no problems.

Holiday Inn always has the friendliest staff as well as the MOST COMFORTABLE BEDS. You are guaranteed to sleep like a baby. Only stay at Holiday Inn Hotels. Thanks!

Friendly staff, room was nice, great breakfast selection. I really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Highly recommend staying here if you are in Waycross!

Best hotel in Waycross. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The only complaint I have is that it is a little over priced in my opinion.

New place but poorly built. The bathroom tiles were moving under my feet, the marble threshold to the bathroom was broken and moving under foot, I could hear the person next to me snoring, I could hear the person above me talking and understand every single word and I could hear the Taco Bell drive thru. Oh yeah they gave my room away but gave me the key to that occupied room. Other than that it was great.

Amazing Hotel! Room was super clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Great breakfast included. Convenient location witg plenty of restaurants nearby. Will stay here again. Highly recommend.

Very nice hotel, great staff, clean room, awesome breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.. I am dropping my review to 3 stars because 3 days after my stay there was another charge to my credit card to a other Holiday inn in another state that I wasn't even near. Had to cancel my credit card. I am not accusing anyone because the charges didn't go through but I don't know if I will trust this hotel chain again. Will see.
