Nor bag. Beds are reasonable. Personnel are friendly. Room seems a little empty. No couch. Power outlets are in inconvenient spots.

AMAZING!!! Triton, at the front desk, was absolutely amazing. He was so friendly and welcoming. He saved me from having to stay at a horrible hotel down the street and gave my boyfriend and I the most amazing room. Thank you thank you thank you!!!!

I had a horrible experience at this Holiday Inn. I arrived and learned that my reservation had been canceled without my knowledge or approval.

I spoke with the manager Maritza Christiansen who was very unfriendly and didn’t treat me and my wife as customers as enemies.

I will never stay at this Holiday Inn Express again. I suggest others be very careful when making reservations.

Even though they were short staffed they worked wonders to acomadate us with what they had..when they pulled out a grill and fed the hotel when nothing else was open was an over the top moment for us, very emotional..the GM of this hotel .Ms.Maritza Cristensen kept her composure and really had it together to have made such well executed plans..She found time to mingle and know everyone and made sure the elderly and sick we're properly taking care of..you guys are awesome we feel that after this experience we are now family and bonded by hurricane Irmalove you miss you

This hotel is so nice! They offer breakfast here as well, so it's a great value. The front desk was very helpful and gave great tips on where to eat dinner. Titus helped me when I arrived - a very nice man.

Great place and location, I thought it was brand new. Newly painted, friendly, professional staff and a warm pool. Next door to a Dennys if you're too early for breakfast at 6:30 or need an evening bite. I think I'll stay again.

Stay was good other then we didn't have any Internet in the room. Had to go to Lobby to get any connection. We were in room 203 which was farthest from lobby but that shouldn't matter. Staff was great though.

Location is decent. A Denny's in front of hotel and a good sorts bar located half a mile away. Also close to a movie theater. Rooms are clean and modern, nothing too special. Free breakfast every morning and good desk service. The free WiFi is pretty slow but the nightly rate isn't bad. There is a small pool outside but not really catered to adults. Good hotel all in all.

Friendly staff greeted me on my arrival. Clean hotel. Showers appear resurfaced, or at least mine was, that kind grossed me out, but otherwise clean, if you don't pay attention to fine details. They have a pool, there's Wal-Mart, Publix, Winn-Dixie, and the standard casual dining restaurants (chili's, etc) nearby. Not on the lake, if you thought it was, but very close, if you're diving. Full, continental serve yourself breakfast included with stay. Microwave, fridge, coffee, iron, blow dryer, tv with some basic cable stations and HBO. There's a Denny's 1 minute walking distance outside the parking lot. This is your standard quick stay hotel, nothing fancy, but completely adequate. My back out of building view was of virgin undeveloped land, with a slight glimpse of the lake.

Great hotel. Breakfast is not so great. Why does every hotel insist on serving soggy powdered eggs for breakfast?
