I do not recommend. This was my first time visiting with my sister and I hated it (my sister has been to this location before and expressed that it has gone down hill in her opinion from a year ago).First, the room was so hot. They have the A/C setup to where you can’t go below what it says to be 67, but it felt like 73 degrees. I woke up sweating and I never sweat in my sleep. The next morning we went downstairs to breakfast and it was absolutely horrible. The orange juice tasted like water. The other food has no flavor at all YUCK! The trash can to throw away your food had a small hole on top. The plates you eat on are bigger than the hole so you have to ram your plate in. Almost everything about this location was inconvenient and screams budget cuts. Seems like they are trying to cut corners to save money wherever they can. We will not be returning and they have lost our business.

Also, please get more luggage carts we had to make to trips to get our things to the car.

Please stay away from this hotel . Very POOR management and they steal your stuff

My company always rent a training room at this hotel. I went to get a cup of coffee and a bowl of cereal and this person walked up to me right in front of everyone in the dining room with sooooo rude, unprofessional and freaking loud voice to tell me since I did not sleep overnight at the hotel I could not get a cup of coffee or breakfast. I was so embarrassed. She could have called me away to corner to tell me or tell the trainer to tell us. And not only that, one of my co-workers' pair of shoe was stolen..she slept overnight at this hotel

I had to call three times to make a reservation. The first time I called the agent hung up on me after getting my at my information.The second time I called the agent not confirm my reservation and he got my credit card information. I never got an email for the confirmation of my reservation. I called the front desk to confirm my reservation and they couldn’t find it. I called back for a third time to make my reservation and everything was well. I did receive my email confirmation. I tried to talk to the general manager and apparently he was busy. I didn’t want to put this on social media.It is sad.

This place is awful. Our door wouldn't lock! They told us we were lying that the GM had personally fixed it , was finally fixed 4 hours later. The room stank like sewage and so did my family's room across the hall. The pool was filthy. If you like to party apparently that's the place to do it because the rooms also smelled of cigarette smoke. We asked to be switched to another room but were told no. Thank goodness the windows on the third floor open to get fresh air in . I will never stay there again! They didn't even offer a discount or refund! We will not be back. GAG!

This the best place to stay to have party's! Janet and Angela are awesome, they go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. We have booked their banquet hall 2 yrs in a row, all the staff is amazing. Great people, awesome atmosphere, and very friendly!

We have stayed there many times, since it is close to Medical City Hospital. My daughter had open heart surgery in May. We had several different family members to stay there. Everything was AWESOME! There was not a time that someone walked in that the front desk staff did not ask how she was doing. My daughter and I had to go back this week and first thing this morning I was asked how she was doing. We will always stay there. Very clean and courteous always willing to help with anything..

Suite was large and comfortable, pool was refreshing, breakfast was tasty, and staff were all friendly. However, a special thanks goes out to Robert (front desk) who came to our room to clean our Jacuzzi in his suit when we first checked in. He was horrified to learn that housekeeping had neglected to clean it. Things happen and I was just thrilled that Robert came right down and took care of it himself! He made us feel valued and very welcome. Another evening Daleon (front desk) called a local restaurant to make sure they could accommodate our desires for dinner. Both of these men are great assets to Holiday Inn. Thank you for taking such great care of our family on our mini-vacation!!

A beautiful hotel with spacious room. The hotel is peaceful if you want some quietness. The staff are excellent always ready to help out.

Draw backs; scanty breakfast, isolated to other activities, far from Dallas downtown, no bar so you cant have a drink except for soft drinks and snacks. They have shuttles to take u not beyound 5km. If all these are provided l believe it ll be a perfect get away.☺

I absolutely love this hotel. I stay every time I come to the area! My favorite part is the walk in shower!! The hotel is clean, spacious, safe, near every thing, and they serve the best complimentary breakfast I've ever had! Free wifi, free parking, nice cable, comfortable beds, enjoyable experience!
