  Nice hotel. A bit disappointed over a few things--1 being that we requested a king suite on first floor but one wasn't available. We were told that would be no problem (I even called to confirm it that morning), we were then given a handicap room on the first floor but it was a queen bed. 2nd was that we were locked out of the hotel not once but 3X's as the backdoor wasn't working properly. 3rd was that we requested a late check out as my husband had a class until noon, but the door key didn't work after 12 noon. I called and they quickly brought us a key to use while we loaded our car and came in and out. We had a few issues but overall a nice stay. I can say the staff was all very nice, the breakfast was always fresh and enjoyable and the bed was quite comfy.

  It was fair, the staff could have cared less when I mentioned that one of their channels had no sound, they acted like I needed to call the cable company to report this, thats their job not mine! Also they let kids run up and down the hallways until 3am slamming doors.

  I stayed at this hotel as a gift from my friends for my 50th birthday and my daughter's 17th birthday in August, 2017. It was clean, beautiful and the service wonderful. When we checked out, my daughter left a pair of her favourite shoes. We called the hotel and after returning a couple hours later, it was there for us. Thank you guys. Am from Trinidad & Tobago.
