Spent the night for a training class at lake land college. The room was clean and the wifi worked alright, but wasn't great. The breakfast was good, it had cold and hot options. Overall it was a good stay.

This hotel was one of the best in the chain. The indoor pool was actually heated nicely, as was the Jacuzzi and stayed open until midnight. I was in town to visit family so I booked the double queen suite which featured a nice little kitchenette and lovely couch and living room area, separate from the beds, which we're large and very comfortable with white cotton down comforters, no hideous bedspreads. Hotel staff we're helpful and unobtrusive. I'll definitely stay again. Cracker Barrel ad lots of stores in very close walking distance if you're a traveler.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean but we were on the second floor and unfortunately we could easily hear people walking above us on the third floor. It was also unfortunate that the ice machine and Whirlpool were out of order. It was easy to get to off of the interstate and it was conveniently located near shops and restaurants. The breakfast was good and the eating area was nice and clean but unfortunately they did not have the pancake machine. All in all I would stay there again.

Staff is friendly. Hotel is your average Holiday Inn Express. Same tired breakfast offerings. Nothing special. Heated pool and hot tub are nice.
