Newly remodeled hotel which is really nice. IHG check in process is poor to begin with so I don't want to to dock this hotel for that. The parking lot is a little small if you have a large vehicle, but next door is a big parking lot. The bed was comfortable, the room clean, but the shower lacked real water pressure. Overall a great hotel though.

Since renovations the place doesn't look like much on the outside but as you walk through the front door the lobby and breakfast area look very nice and modern. The lobby and breakfast area are both air conditioned so it's very cool in the summer. They just need to hire more staff.

Friendly, clean, contemporary, and good breakfasts! The remodeling is almost finished and looking good. Semi-rural setting--field across the street. But close to shopping and colleges.

500 Kbps Wifi. I don't mind the construction, the location, and the amenities are nice enough. But don't advertise fast internet if you can't hit 10Mbps. 2 Stars for being liars.

We were not informed that a major remodel of hotel was going on when we made reservations. Messy/dusty hallways. Breakfast offered not as advertised. Pool closed. This is by far the noisiest hotel we have ever stayed at. Could hear every step made by guests in room above ours and bathroom fans from rooms around ours. The ice machine made very loud noises off and on. Lots of outside noise. It was not an enjoyable stay and we will not be back.

The hotel is undergoing renovations. The room key machine i s down since Friday. We need staff assistance to gain entry to our room. Naturally no water in the swimming pool. In my opinion this hotel should not be opened for business

This hotel is nice it is just right out of the town, but close to many places to eat. The rooms are updated. The beds are very comfortable. Great breakfast. The only issue I had was slow wifi

I will preface this review by stating that on the day I left, I was informed by the front desk staff that the hotel was beginning a full renovation. Thus, every complaint I have may well be resolved by the time you might happen to find yourself there. The hotel is older, and although clean still feels shabby. I could have tolerated that. There's no fitness center - that's on me, as I should have checked rather than assume. However, the third strike came with perhaps the slowest internet speed I've ever experienced, which made working from my room impossible. Therefore, instead of staying three nights, I stayed one. I would probably avoid it in the future, but you may have better luck post-renovations.
