When booking our reservation I told them that I am on oxygen and requested a first or second floor room. Upon checking in the gal was on the phone really not listening. She put us on the fourth floor allll the way down the hall to the last room. Needless to say it took forever for me to get to the room. Dinner was really at the restaurant on site. Controls were broken on the ac unit. Very cold in room. We turned if off. Beds were great! Checkout went good. Nice gal at the front desk. Even the cleaning gal was super friendly. Talked about tattoos. Would we back? Yes we would.

Horrible service. Rude staff namely Deb Hand. That witch took my food and told me you can’t take it with you after I paid for it. Horrible just horrible. Then she told me I destroyed the dessert cake when I didn’t take the whole slice (I cut a small portion from the slice). I realize this was a test and hopefully I passed it. Thank God I’m not who I use to be.

We had a family reunion here and the location was perfect for the airport. The large pool was a plus most hotel to not have pools this size my family enjoyed it. The breakfast was on point and our dinner on Saturday night was outstanding the wait staff was impeccable. Deb our coordinator was on point with everything, she's done this so many times she knows what you need before you're even thinking about it. The rooms are renovated and comfy and the style is now sleek. Deb will give you advice that you're not even thinking about because she knows what is needed. Plenty of parking space and near many stores. I will definitely have another family reunion here or any other type of event. 99% of the staff was on point and very helpful. You know there's always One Bad Apple in the bunch. The on-site bar it's great stays open late.

We stayed over night in room 636 from hot wire we had booked and paid for 2 queen beds when we arrived they said they didn't have anything but a king and a pull out couch. There are 5 of us my husband, myself, and our 3 kids one of which is only 1 so sleeps in a pack and play. But our other 2 doesn't mind sleeping in a queen but didn't want to sleep together in a tiny pull out. Then the bath tub was filthy and didn't drain right so as you showed hair came up. The toilet ran and I had to keep fixing it. All in all it wasn't a horrible experience but it could be better.

I stayed here for an off-property training and it was quiet, comfortable and the customer service was wonderful. The beds are really comfortable! A special shout-out to chef for the delicious meals! the Southwest Chicken Tortellini soup was to die for! Thanks a good experience and see you next time!

The staff was awesome and friendly. The dinner we had wasn't good at all. We ordered the beef dish and we got what looked and tasted like roast beef you get at the deli with a tiny bit of gravy on it. The green beans were really hard. I expected a lot more for this place.

You can hear every little noise outside your room at this place.. the lobby looks nice but rooms (specifically bathroom) needs some serious help horrible lights throughout. Just not a good experience

The room was great, clean & comfy.
The drinks at the bar were really super expensive. The breakfast bar wasn't worth the price you would pay, thankfully it was free with a gift voucher. I would've been really disappointed if I paid for it.response / report this review -

Horrible!!!!! Zero noise proofing, gross stain on bedding, room not clean. Im stuck here for 10 more sleepless night because of my job.
12 night in a room without a refrigerator and the ice machine is out of order on my floor.
Update: I got a refrigerator. But now my room now has a cat pee smell. Now I have a rash on my arms and back. I am going to guess its from this gross hotel.response / report this review -
