Traveling through Cairo on our way home to Florida when our engine light came on. How thankful we were that we stopped into Hobson Chevrolet. What could have been disasterous was quickly identified and repaired. Louis and Barley made my wife and I feel right at home. The owner of the dealership even made his way into the waiting room and introduced himself to us. While we likely will not have occassion to use this dealership again as we live 500 miles away I can't speak more highly of their customer service!

I took my vehicle in for minor issues and update to the MyChevy infotainment system and tire pressure monitor malfunction. All issues were repaired in a timely manner. Completely satisfied with work completed. This is the Best Dealership that I have ever dealt with and I have dealt with many over the years.

Hobson provides a great service for customers. Mr.Tidwell is friendly and answers all of the questions regarding the any service being completed on my car. The customer service area is very comfortable and the salesman are nice.

I went in for an oil change and for them to look at my car front bumper as I had ran into something. I also told Bob I did not want to turn it into my insurance so I wanted to try and pay out of pocket. Well, Danny Lee worked miracles on my bumper so I can drive my car for a while longer without replacing the bumper! Danny went way and above his call of duty to help me and I soooo appreciate that wonderful service and his great attitude!!! Bob Hobson has had stellar customer service every time I have taken my car into be serviced! His staff is very professional and always very accommodating! It is a great comfort to me knowing when I go there I will be taken care of not taken advantage of! In today's world that is very importantthank you Bob and your staff!!!

My husband and I have been dealing with Hobson for three years and have gotten three cars from them. Every time we go they are always great. We dealt with Mike and Jay and they are awesome!! Each time they got us what we wanted. My family will always go to Hobson for our vehicle needs.

Hobson Chevrolet's employees are super nice people,thank you so much to all of you. People like you all make me glad I'm moving back home to live and be around real southern hospitality. Thanks to the rollback driver,the mechanics,the asst service mgr., Thank you Bart for putting Nick and I (Nancy) in a loaner vehicle. My sister Melanie Sanders also said thank you Bart!

The service was great. Every employee of Hobson I encountered, acted as if we were personal friends and had been forever! This was my first visit to Hobson and I went there due to the person who originally sold me my car, Roger McKenzie is now there. After this visit, I will travel from Tallahassee for my service.
