  Hobby lobby may be my very favorite store! Find most of my crafting/sewing needs here and very very rarely leave empty handed. Staff is very helpful and have gone out of their way to help us several times!

  Neat, organized, clean, well-stacked, interesting inventory. There are often great sales on items. Be aware that if you go on a super sale day (like annual 90% off Christmas items), you'll likely be in the check out line for easily more than an hour. Check out system does not help facilitate swift check out process and causes major delays. Other than that, this is a great chain.

  Deborah the manager is incompetent and should be replaced. This woman allowed a new employee to hold up the return/exchange line for one customer for almost 45 mins!! She could have easily stepped in and took over the transaction for the sake of all the customers waiting in line. Instead she chose to sit back and watch, only stepping in when she had to punch a code. I can understand training, but this was 2 days after Christmas, super busy and there was visibly 3 handicapped people in the same line.
  
  I finally get to the front of the line, just for the cashier to say "you didn't have to sit in that line for an exchange of the same price". Well I wish Deborah would have told me that or even asked me if she could help, any one if the 3x she walked past me.
  
  I have been a manager several times and this one needs work. Not attentive enough, not aware of surroundings, not engaging with customers.. all things you need from a Manager.

  I always leave spending double than I planned😩 I love all the staging. They have some of the best interior designers ever. God sent🙌🏽 Organized and clean. Personnel is always super nice and helpful. My go to location for craft supplies
