Semi parking is half a mile from the closest door & 3/4 mile walk from hotel desk. Waited in check-in line for half an hour (w reservation). 1 drink @ the bar was $9 but buffet wasn't bad for $9.99. Hotel room wasn't thoroughly cleaned. Tried 5 different slot machines & lost $80 outta $100 in under 10 minutes. Overall not best stay-cation ever & will probably not return. But loved the shower w the shampoo, conditioner & mouthwash!

Room was nice. They didn't have a very organized plan for the event I attended. Stood in one line for will call tickets then another line for wrist band for premium seats.
Misleading, said if you buy a premium seat your question answered. Not true your ticket got placed in a big barrel and they only picked for tickets.
Not a gambler, so I can't judge casino. Copper Oak restart was Very good.response / report this review -

Tried the new buffet service !! Flavorful variety of food. Unusual layout of buffet line. Food was fresh and warm. Fewer deserts than before. No doubt you will go away quite full and satisfied !!

The remodel of the bingo hall is terrible. It is smaller than ever, most of the tables are for smokers, staff is rude, callers were making mistakes, the monitors are small and mounted to the ceiling. The callers can't hear and they don't have microphones to hear bingos.So even if you yell loud enough for everyone to hear you, if they aren't paying attention they call the next number. Screwed me over and the lady next to me said it happened to her last week.
My friend and I are so mad. We are done with this casino. Save your money. The casino remodel is awful. You can't find an exit and card tables were stuck in a cornetresponse / report this review -

New and improved! Loving the new look. The construction was a mess but it’s paying off nicely! Loads of different games to play here. The staff are really friendly and very inviting. I recommend checking this place out if you have a little extra cash. Just remember, it is gambling!

Majority of the time I have left here with more money than I came with. Been doing a major remodel project and will for a couple more years. Rooms are large new and nice. Enjoyable weekend packages with good food at the buffet.

It was absolutely horrible. They are remodeling and you couldn't find your way around. It was also incredibly Smokey. We didn't stay very long because of the smoke and the machines were not giving any money at all. It's always been our favorite casino until now.

Great food, alot of parking, bingo, entertainment, RV park seasonal, just check the web site for events. Just minutes drive off of Interstate 90/94. Fun place to go just watch your cash! It can get addicting. Have fun!

Staff was great. They let me check in 2 hours early and check out an hour late. Very accommodating. Nice room with patio on first floor and balcony on 2-4 levels. Fridge as well.

As usual, cannot win there. Very tight. Had a machine that malfunctioned during free games and did not pay out on winning games, won $0.25. of course they are not responsible. Won't be going back for a long time. Construction has half the place closed. Very small nonsmoking area. My advice, stay away.

They describe themselves as a luxury hotel? That's a joke! The rooms are just OK. FAR from luxury. The toiletries are worse than dollar store brand. The toilet paper was the cheapest I've ever used. The shower water trickled out and fluctuate between hot and very cold water. We weren't informed of the construction going on when we made the reservation. Sorry Ho-Chunk, we won't be back.

Had fun gambling. Bartenders were great. Only bad thing, why is the bar, cash only? My husband tried using his debit card to purchase a beer but were told it was a cash only. Otherwise our experience here was awesome.

I didn't use the casino but it seemed fairly small from what I saw. I did stay in the hotel and it was comfortable. It was clean and pleasant smelling with a unique theme. They could definitely benefit from more stations. The disappointment was the cleanliness of the patios that were heavily stained in bird excrement, not to mention, the patio screen door was ripped and falling off.

We came here for a Robert Irvine show and stayed the night. The rooms were nice, the amenities were good and the restaurant had the best rack of lamb we've ever had. Our main critique is the level of smoke in this place. They've got massive air handlers trying to keep up with all of the smoke in the gaming room but it's not enough. The closer you get to the core of the casino the more pungent it is.
