Today was my first time in a long time coming to a temp agency. I worked with them in the pass and it was horrible services but today I walked in and it was a wonderful atmosphere . The receptionist was extremely nice and willing to help . Also the new look to the business is a wonderful look. And also the process didn’t take all day . I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great temp agency!

I’d give them 0 stars if I could. They hired me and said it was a temp to permanent position but that was false. The job lasted a month but I worked there a week and found another job that was actually going to become permanent and not just a temp job. It’s been 3 weeks since I stopped working for them and I yet have to receive my check from them. I called the office 3 times and left a voicemail, called the recruiters cell phone and left a message and yet still haven’t heard back from them and it’s been 2 weeks. They hold your check even though they lie to you about how long a position really is supposed to last. And not to mention it was a Monday thru Friday with a 30 minute break which was only 15 and we had to work everyday of the week without 1 day off. Next time tell the people the job lasts only a certain amount not lie on a listing saying it’s going to become permanent and leave out key details about the position please.

Awesome place to go to if your looking for employment.
The staff is wonderful, pleasant, nice n knowledgeable.
I can't In for interview, finished paperwork, test, n offered a job. Isn't that great.
I will most definitely refer this company to many others.

I have dealt with HD for about 10 years. I have always had a great experience. Recently I worked a project assignment for a few days and things were not as usual. When I called to verify my time I could not get anybody on the phone or even the recruiter to respond. When I finally got paid it was incorrect.Needless to say I was frustrated, but Thea at the front desk made all the difference. Cool and calm she helped me. Customer service is sometimes hard to get but Mrs Thea is awesome and needs to know she is a rock star. Thank you so much for all your help I truly appreciate you.

I am so glad that I chose Hire Dynamics to assist me with my job search. Cindy Weimer, a Senior Staffing Specialist at the Duluth location, saw my resume and contacted me about a job opportunity that she thought fit my skill set. I met with her a few days later and within a week she had scheduled me for an interview with the hiring company. She gave me some great interview tips that were extremely helpful in helping me prepare for my interview. Cindy is really amazing and a pleasure to work with… I highly recommend her!!

Cindy found my resume and found an opportunity that she felt lined up with my experience and was extremely helpful during every step of the hiring process. Beyond helping me navigate the process she went the extra step and made herself available to me after hours and on weekends. I love this agency! The staff is very professional, efficient and attentive to my needs. I especially would like to acknowledge Kayla A at this location for always keeping me working when I request. I would recommend this agency and location to anyone looking for steady assignments.

Went into Hire Dynamics today and spoke with Ms. Erica and I had a blast! I wasn't aware that I had to complete a forklift test in the office and was a little annoyed by that fact but Ms. Erica just made me laugh and stayed with me the whole time. The place is really professional and I absolutely love the environment. I will definitely recommend people to Erica in the near future as she is a blast to work with.

From walking in the door to inquire about the hiring process with the receptionist to receiving emails for Orientation and attending a Resume Workshop within 3 days of enrolling, this staffing agency is like no other. The preparation that I have received in less than a week has given me a much more positive expectation of finding the right position sooner than later. Cindy, Haley, Christina and Kayla, thank you for such a welcomed and comforting experience. It would be an honor to represent Hire Dynamics.
