  Great neighborhood that is very active with the community. Lots of events held here by the beautiful pool area (which by the way is very well put together). Security is friendly and very helpful.

  I do work over in South Carolina and this place is the most ridiculous development on the whole island they want DNA, driver's license, birth certificate, Etc. Before they will even let you in the gate. Not to mention all the police or security or just as rude and nasty as anybody I have ever seen.

  Full amenities neighborhood on Port Royal Sound with four golf courses. Great value for the money.

  Amazing place. They just redid their pool and it's incredible! It has a lazy river and a great kids area.

  Great area. Security is a little ridiculous. Gate security ok, speeding security I get it, but fishing police.. when you actively practice catch and release and have a pass. Get real!👎

  Lived here for 19 years. HHP is a great place to live on Hilton Head Island. Location, amenities and a safe and clean environment.
  
  HHP is the largest residential Plantation on the Island. A great diversity of people and housing options.
