Second time I’ve been at this particular Hilton, and I must say that they are excellent. Our event was catered and everything was delicious. Highly recommend it plus they have a really quaint lounge.

I have been staying there for several weeks in a row for work and it is a nice place with a bar, deli, clean, and not to far from things around town.

This hotel moved me from the room I picked out with the online app.
Oh well, I could live with that. Then, during my stay, they took my things out of my room and put them behind the desk without informing me and assigned me a new room. When my key didnt work upon my return at 1:00AM, there was no one at the front desk to tell me what was going on. after waiting for 15 minutes and searching to the extent i felt comfortable
i called the hotel number, was answered by the receptionist on duty who arrived 10 minutes later from parts unknown. She gave me a new key WITHOUT TELLING ME IT WAS TO A DIFFERENT ROOM. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS. POORLY MANAGED WITH NO CONCEPT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. It was the worst hotel experience of my life. for my touble i was offered a free breakfast. The Hilton Graden Inn South Bend is nice on the eyes and has a fairly nice atmoshpere. The lobby and breakfast were great and the other facilities were nice as well. My main gripe is that the rooms were not the best. Bathrooms were filthy and primitive, and the air-conditioning hardly worked. For as nice as the rest of the hotel is, the rooms are truly subpar.

Check in for my reservation was easy. They gave me a bag with some bottled water and got off to my room. Room was nice and clean, shower looked a little dated compared to the rest of the room, but water pressure was nice. Ate breakfast(not complementary but they had a kichen you could order from) and was on my way.

The room was large, comfortable, with a medium sized working space. The lobby is attractive. The front desk folks were friendly and helpful.

Clean, modern facility. Room clean and tidy with the exception of a candy wrapper under the bed. Room and bathroom well appointed. $10/person breakfast brunch selection underwhelming, went to Perkins 1 block over for same price. Will stay again to check out the rest of the facility.

Had a wonderful time at our party! The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Food was delicious! Would absolutely host an event there again in the future.

Husband and I stayed there the night after our wedding, and the front desk lady (Shelby) brought us complimentary roasted marshmallows, chocolate covered ice cream, Graham cracker cookies, and a bottle of champagne to celebrate our marriage to our room!! Room was very clean and well stocked. Thank you for making our wedding night stay a relaxed one!!!

Came with a group of 13 year old girls. Staff was very friendly and got 40 us in our rooms at a reasonable time. Rooms were fair but they were very clean. They had a couple of open conference rooms that we used for relaxing (and drinking beer). The whole group enjoyed they're stay.

Comfortable Stay. Check in was efficient. All staff members were smiling and friendly. Room was clean with comfortable beds. Ate dinner at Bistro 933 and it was delicious with great service. Breakfast was good with a made to order omelet. Will return and recommend to anyone working or staying in the area.
