My dog ran away last week and I was lucky enough to get him back. This place has changed very much since the last time I've visited. It was easy to find my dog through their online web page. And once there it's simply harmless with some paperwork and your out in 20min. Well done.

Well organized and a local spot for donations. Many different dogs and cats of all sizes and temperaments. You can spend some time with adobtable dogs and cats. Has a clinic on site and website is updated regularly.

I absolutely love this place! The staff is always so helpful, knowledgeable, and dedicated to what they do. I have adopted two cats from there as kittens and one is going on four years old and what is going on three years old. I highly recommend coming here if you were looking for a cat or dog.

We got our Little purebred chihuahua over a year ago. The best pet we’ve ever had. Now she is an indispensable part of our family. This is a wonderful place to contribute to the community and find your next best friend!

Had a great experience turning a dog in that we found on the street. They do amazing work trying to get dog adopted out. We will be back once we are in the market for another animal.

I'm convinced that any good review for this place must have been paid for. DO NOT ADOPT YOUR PET FROM HERE. I adopted a dog from their facility, with his paperwork stating that he was healthy except for a mild case of kennel cough. I take him to the vet the very next day for a first time physical only to find out that not only does he have a severe upper respiratory infection, but he also has a severe ear infection, build up in his lungs, and a very improperly done neutering. I took him to a second vet consultation just be ensure the results are correct, and the vet further confirmed how sick he was. This had been an ongoing problems for a long period of time apparently, and it took all but five minutes for each vet to realize that something was wrong with him. I return to the shelter two days later to see if they would work with me on the medical end, since care is very expensive and this was an issue left untreated during his time at the facility. Instead of working through the issue, I was told by the director of veterinary care that the other vets are lying, he is perfectly healthy, and even if he wasn't it is my fault for adopting him in the first place. The veterinary staff has no compassion for their jobs, better yet any will at all to do their jobs correctly. They knowingly refuse to treat animals accordingly and instead take the easy way out- eusthanasia or manipulating clients. It is unfortunate how many animals are stuck under their care. They will be reported for animal neglect for the way the staff treats these poor animals and I would never recommend anyone to come here.

Adoption is quick and easy. Adopted my 3 year old pit from here and I didn't have any problems. Staff (volunteers) that work closely with the animals are nice and knowledgeable however sometimes people at the desk can come off as a rude. Will love to donate stuff as theybwork hard to ensure a forever home for the animals

You are nothing but a killing facility. I know you take in so many animals but you hold them for not enough time to be adopted. Please send them to other facilities where they can be. No kill shelters. You are like a maxi death camp.

You are cruel and heartless. How anybody who works there can go to sleep at night after having killed innocent creatures is beyond me.

Spend the money you get and neuter and spay the animals then take them into the wild where they have a chance of survival.

I know this is mean to day, but I hate you.

Huge facility. Fairly clean. The Dog's Kennels need more frequent cleaning. Lots and lots of animals available for adoption. Please Adopt and Volunteer!

I have a stray poor mama cat and 2 kittens in a trap for over 24 hours. I received a call from Officer Luis at 11:42 almost 24 hours later and I pleaded for them picked up right away she said within an hour. At 3;35 pm I arrived home and still no pickup. I called Officer Luis again and she said within 25 minutes. Never showed and never called. I'm left another 24 hours with no pickup. I don't care if they say up to 48 hours. Kittens shouldn't be left caged up for 48 hours unable to relieve themselves. That's just WRONG!!!!

I come here almost every day and I always get treated AMAZINGLY!!! I got my pitbull Nitro there and it was fast and easy. Tomorrow morning I am going to the shelter and I am so excited because they take good care of the dogs right when they get in and they ALWAYS make them feel better. Sometimes we ask for a paper that shows all the dogs that need an owner FAST . They are always willing to let me see it and help them out. I used to go to the shelter EVERY SINGLE DAY after school and I always left happy 🐶🐶🐶

I felt they didn't have enough staff in the kennel areas to answer questions about the animals. If they had I probably would have adopted one just on impulse. But on the other hand, they keep it extremely clean and the animals look like they are very well taken care of. I would definitely recommend this place for adoption.

Thank you to all the staff and volunteers who assisted my family and I, when looking for a family dog to adopt, I know it can get tiresome taking the dogs in and out to show people. I appreciate you spending time with us, and answering our questions, or taking the time to find the answers when you did not know them.
I understand and saw a glimpse of all the hard work you all put into the shelter everyday. It's easy for people focus on the negatives and find faults, but I know you all do your best, day in and day out to ensure that every animal there is given adequate, proper care.
Again thank you to all, for all that you do.
