Staff was very uncourteous just completely down right rude even in the office but over the phone they were a**holes.😤 Trying to explain why I haven't been in since my surgery and the guy on the phone acted like it had been months it was just a week over when I was supposed to come so there was no need for his smart a**ed words bc we had serious family members passed away and very sick all within about a week. So check around for your options bc I suffered more the last few weeks than I ever have my whole life wo pain meds I couldn't get up and do stuff so now I have pneumonia it's tht coughing what every back patient needs after surgery 🙄😡 its to early to tell if the surgery has helped but since the surgery I had my left hand being numbing like it's asleep well for one when I got outta surgery it felt like they tried to break my neck and I couldn't feel my hand for four days!! Like a string down my arm to my hand my neck and upper body was so sore omg I don't know wht they did but dang. He might be alright as a surgeon but I'd def look into other options.
