Closed at noon on Saturday and not open on Sunday's? Do you guys even make any money? People generally work all week and have kids to get home to. Being open on Saturday these days is a must for sales. Saturday's is most people's days off and the days they need your type of service more than any other day. Get with the program.

Service is a complete rip off. They charged me over $1000 in labor to try to diagnose a starting issue my tractor. It was returned with the problem not fixed. Brought it to black mount equipment in North haverhill New Hampshire and they fixed it for about $300 including a $200 part. I recommend black mount, they were awesome.

poor customer service. Picked up my tractor for service (wouldn't start) but when I called to discuss the problem they said the mechanic was busy. Went by to talk to them, same story. Finally 2 days later talked to manager who said they were working on it, and I expressed concern that they were taking a lot of time and I didn't want to get surprised by a big bill, he said it would only cost a few hundred dollars and he'd call if it were more. Ended up with a $700 bill with no explanation. Refused to take my call. Basically acted like the JD Mafia.

Awful customer service, based on numerous experiences. And this is after buying a tractor and backhoe. Go to Yandow Equipment, they know what they're talking about.
