The staff is very nice and helpful. They are knowledgeable and answer any questions you may have. I highly recommend this place for any Towing or Body Work needs. They also have a parts place on sight also!

Totally NOT impressed! AAA dispatched them to jump start my dead battery. After being an hour late & no one showed up or even bothered to call, I called Hi-Tech. The man who answered didn't apologize or even seem to care. No one had even LEFT yet to begin to head my way. AAA had to dispatch another company altogether! I will NEVER give this place my business!

Awesome! Full service. I needed extensive repair on my car, needed to be towed and needed to rent a car. These guys took care of it all and even dealt with the insurance company for me. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

My experience with Hi-Tech Towing has been GREAT.
First, Robin Showers towed my car after hitting a deer and totaling my vehicle. He was nice and professional.
Second, Tony Beuchter went above and beyond. He did all the insurance work for me. I haven't hardly had to do a thing. He's been very fast to respond to my emails and get me exactly what I am looking for. He was very nice and easy to work with.

Had my car been fixable, I would've definitely used them to repair the vehicle. I will most definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a tow service or Auto Body shop. Thank you so much for all your help Tony.

While heading home to Oklahoma city from our vacation, the transmission gave out while hauling our triple axle toy hauler. The brought the two tow trucks and pulled us an hour to Springfield. From start to finish, it was an absolute dream working with High Tech. Professional and courteous, I knew my car was in good hands. The repairs were done ahead of scheduled, they worked directly with my insurance company (State Farm) and turned our bad luck hitting a deer, into a truly pleasurable experience. The work was high quality and I could tell they handled my car like they would have handled their own. On top of all that, they guaranteed they work for life. It is not often you find a repair shop like High Tech, and this is one that I would recommend to even the most hard-lined critic.
