Beachy and cozy, centrally located. Staff was very helpful, breakfast poolside listening to the birds made this a place I would love to return to.

The hosts were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, our bed sagged so much in the middle that it felt like we were sleeping in a hammock. The most important and basic element in any "hotel" room is a comfortable bed, so this was a bit shocking, especially since everything else about the property was quite nice.

Totally worth the stay. The hosts Roman and Michael were absolutely amazing and very caring, while the room was immaculate and comfy as well. Definitely plan on repeating my stay there upon my return.

This place is amazing. It's elegant but simple. The staff are incredible. Easy access to everything downtown. It's cozy & perfect for couples.

The front desk staff are amazing! Knowledgeable on activities on the island, recommended great places to eat and made all arrangements for out transportation during our stay! The hotel itself was quiet and had a nice pool and spa tub. The outdoor patios were relaxing. Breakfast was served daily. It was a wonderful island retreat. Good location in old town.

Perfect for a quiet getaway. Close enough to Duval to enjoy yourself there, and far enough away to have some quiet time, too. Adults only is a definite plus! Our room and bed were very comfortable, the place has a lot of charm, and staff is super helpful and friendly. They even have a resident cat. Will be back!

Wow oh wow! Forget for a sec the hotel itself, Roman and Michael are the best of KW.. they get things done .. spent 5 days there and didn't want to come home highly recommended for the attention and also the location , very clean rooms as well money well spent

I Heron House Court Five stars because the experience is much more worth it than a nicer painted room or to date TV, that I would likely not use during my stay any way. As soon as I stepped inside Heron House, my attitude and vacation experience was immediately booted into gear 6. I was treated with respect, properly acknowledged, fully updated and given a full tour of the premises. My entire three day stay in Key West was planned perfectly based on suggestions from the staff. A personalized, hand written birthday card was also sent to my room to my surprise. I was shocked and flattered at every turn. I couldn't have had a better mini vacation. Thank you Heron House Court for making my small celebration worth every single dime!

Very comfortable and exceptional service. Nice jacuzzi and pretty well located. It's about a 10 minute walk to Duval St but you arrive where all the main bars and restaurants are located. Highly recommend this place.

Staff was great. Very clean and great location. Just plan on parking in the parking structure down the block if you drive a truck like I do. Lol. Definitely planning on going back.

We stayed here for a few nights and we have such fond memories! While the house was cute, the garden/pool area very relaxing, it was the staff that made this stay great. Roman was working when we arrived to check in and helped us find parking and explain the parking rules of Key West. Roman and the other staff we met during our stay were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The biggest downside of staying here is parking - but I don't know that this would be different anywhere else on the island.

A true home away from home. Roman and Michael will take care of you and make you feel comfortable, share stories with you, recommend where to go, or not to see.
The house is very quiet and instills a relaxing atmosphere. Walking distance to anything you need from Old Town or the harbor. Only 30 minutes walk to the Higgs beach, but you might want to take a bike to make it more pleasant in the heat.
The pool and jacuzzi really come handy when you come back after a long day on the sun or walking.
The grounds feel very safe and private.
