Herbie's never lets me down..The food is always very high quality.
Real nice for craft beer lovers too
And hands down for me, they have THE best breakfast entree's I've found in the lower keys area

My favorite eatery/bar in Marathon. Best selection of craft beers in the area, and a bafflingly good variety of meads and ciders as well. Wednesday is $4 craft pints. Food is great, at normal or slightly under normal Keys prices. Also they use the Untappd app which I enjoy. My only qualm is their hours; this would be a great bar/nightlife spot I think except that it closes by 9 most nights.

This place is horrible!! My husband is a lineman that is there working. He is away from his family restoring internet in the area. He just went there and stood at the bar for 20 mins with no help from anyone! He was passed by 8 times by the waitress, tried to get her attention so he could order some food. After 20 mins of being ignored he left with an empty stomach. I would never go to this establishment again! Not even worthy of one star! I had to give them one to leave a comment.

Food was good although if you serve steak it should be cooked in an open fire, not in a pan. Girlfriend ordered Caribbean shrimp. She ate the shrimp, rice left untouched. Strong cardamom flavor with some heat. Friendly fast service. Prices are a bit high for the setting.

Great place with good food! Amazing service! Seemed like a bar only at first, but they had lots of exciting food as well.

Great casual bar experience. Craft beer on top with 4oz sample sizes. Had oyster sampler. Wife had gried shrimp with rice and pineapple. Staff is outstanding!

The outside does not describe the food or hospitality. Cheryll was excellent advising us on beer and food. The peach bread pudding was so good. We should have ordered one to take home too. The fries were tasty. A half order of fries serves two. The hamburger was great and huge. Just about too much for me to eat but I did it. We can also say the crabby burger and the shrimp po boy were very good.

This was the worst meal I ever had. My husband and I travel throughout the country and by far this was the worst. We both ordered the Conch Salad and we even asked the waitress how it was and she replied everything is good here. So we waited and a bus boy from the back served our food. I have had this dish in the Caribbean before. Usually it is served on a large bed of lettuce. I think I counted 3 pieces of lettuce in my whole salad. The rest was a huge scoop of relish with a few pieces of conch. Very disappointing will never go back.

This is a great spot. Best beer selection we came across (before Key West). Food looked great but didn't eat. Had the key lime pie which was damn good.
