The food was good, however the staff was very unfriendly, overworked and just plain seem to hate their jobs. Long wait. You need to carryout, or make rsvp's. Saw a cook eating while preparing food in the open kitchen. Still wondering whose plate her bites were coming from! Small town, not many choices, so will try again. Hoping for a better outcome!

We enjoyed our meal immensely. I had the ziti with tomato,basil and shrimp. It was amazing. My husband had Frau Diablo with shrimp. It's got some spice to it but delicious. The staff were very nice and attentive without smothering.

We were staying at Hawk's Cay & wanted to find a local place to eat. I searched local Marathon restaurants & scanned several places, most pretty touristy. We kind of felt like Italian so I clicked on Frank's Grill. The menu looked pretty good. The reviews were very good. I called to see if we needed a reservation & the woman said that's a good idea, kind of odd for a Wednesday night. Now we know why, this place is a hidden Gem! The food was absolutely delicious, piping hot & HUGE portions. Our waiter, Joe, was equally impressive. He probably asked us no less than 15 times if everything was perfect & did we need anything. It didn't hurt that every time he came by he had a Peroni in his apron, just in case! This place was so freakin good that when family joined us later in the week we went back on Friday, and it was better! What a great place with great food & great service, and very affordable. Thanks for everything, it made our vacation dining very pleasurable.

This restaurant is a wonderful place to eat at If u are visiting marathon. Ok service and AMAZING food. FRANKLY (hehe) the service was quite slow. I believe it was only because it was our servers first day. She was slow but super nice . All that matters is that she got the job done. Overall an excellent restaurant!

Based on the reviews and menu I was very excited to give this place a try. After waiting inside for more than 5 minutes without even being greeted, someone came and said they would be right with us, then another person came and said, "Unless there is a table outside, we won't be able to serve you tonight"just to give perspective - it was more than an hour and a half before they close! And to top it off, just as we are going out to sit, another server tells another person to take the table outside. So unfortunately a very poor experience.

Frosty staff, feel like you are in the way, more concerned with the big parties, food bland. All rather poor, not sure why this has good reviews at all.

Awesome food, great people and priced correctly. Highly recommend this place!!! We ordered a desert to go (to full to eat it there) and it was very good too. We will be back for sure.
