  Thoroughly enjoyed working with HepaVac. They made us an appointment that worked with our busy schedule and we’re super clear about steps in the process. Our tech, Frank, was awesome! He was super communicative, reached out to arrive ahead of schedule, and did a great job clearing our ducts. He also made sure we were informed of any issues he noticed during the cleaning, providing the attached before and after photos to show the changes made. Highly recommend this company!

  Very positive experience. I was able to get an appointment quickly. They messaged me asking if they could come early, we’re very professional and friendly. They quoted me upfront pricing that ended up being reduced as I had less vents than their estimate.

  Finally decided to have our ducts cleaned about 3 years after moving into our house. Scheduling with HepaVac was super easy - was able to do it all online/email. I also really appreciated that they list their pricing openly on their website. Matt, from HepaVac, came out on-time and spent HOURS cleaning everything (and was also extremely patient with my inquisitive 4 year old). Apparently our system probably had never been cleaned and there was a lot of construction debris from prior work. They even show you videos of the process and before/after photos so you know they did great work. The air from our vents seem so much more even now between rooms - seriously should have done this sooner. Highly recommend HepaVac! I appreciated that they didn't try to sell anything extra - just an honest company with really nice employees.

  Matt came out to work on our ducts and give everyone the once over. He did an amazing job, showed us before and after videos and photos, and had excellent recommendations and pointers for our unique duct system. A very professional service, straight up duct cleaning, they did not tack on or try to upsell anything, but did mention other services they provide.
  
  I would DEFINITELY use HepaVac again!

  Outstanding company which we fully endorse. We appreciated the before, during, and after videos and pics which really let us know that we truly received what we paid for. The team that came to our home exceeded our expectations and the entire experience was 100% positive. They took extra time and explained additional things we can do to help with environmental allergies. Super glad we hired this team. It really was a random choice in what company to use and we were very fortunate to now find the only company we will use moving forward.
