This place is just wonderful and the old lady Jerome is a juwel. She is very friendly and likes to talk very much. So I recommend to got there without hurry. The town is lovely and very old with lots of history in the southern part of Georgia.

Visiting at the Helmstead is better than going to Grandmas! Beautiful rooms. Great Breakfasts. If you are lucky, you'll get a chance to visit with Miss Jane, the owner. She is a jewel.
