  Have rented storage units at this Heinz Road location on three different occasions. Have always been pleased - easy access, fair prices and clean units. Manager is available and easy to work with. If needed, I will use this place again without question. I highly recommend this storage unit facility.

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I stored my belongings in a storage unit here for three months during the summer of 2016. When I went to move my belongings out of the storage, everything was COVERED in spider webs, spiders and spider eggs Although I spent over an hour cleaning the webs and killing the spiders, they still found there way into my apartment after moving my furniture there. When I complained to management they were extremely rude and inconsiderate. Do not use this company. I would have been better off leaving my furniture outside then storing it at Heinz Road Mini Storage!

  Great prices and friendly landlord. Was nice to me and my son when we came in right before he was going to shut the place down. Gave me a unit that was available before rent started!!
