  Everyone from Jen who booked my appointment, to Roy & Bruce who did the heavy lifting were exceptional! Efficient, courteous, took direction for my nit picky perfectionism on placement and easy to get a hold of. I’d highly recommend Gorilla Movers!

  My husband and I used their services 2 times. The first time was amazing. They got the job done quick and efficiently. We moved into a two story townhome and they moved all our belongings in perfect without any issues. Price was good too. The second time we moved it was a whole day and night experience. The movers were slow at loading up our stuff and unloading at our new place. Two of our belongings were broken, and the old location we moved from they damaged the walls and the floors on the steps. I was so upset with this experience. And above all we were only offered to be reimbursed $51 for over $600 in damages. I sadly probably won't want to use them again after this experience

  They stole from us! Big sparkletts bottle full of money. I know I should've moved it myself, But we treated them so well. We gave them bags & bags of clothes. We fed them pizza & fruit & drinks for lunch. & more cold drinks. Probably spent $75 on food for them & tipped each of them $50 cash. Out $300 there & then they stole from us?! We're so disappointed! This company came highly recommended but DO NOT USE THEM! They will steal your stuff. We have reported it to the company (they didn't seem to care) & we also filed a police report. This just happened on 8/29/19. If you have them booked, CANCEL. They will steal your stuff. We also had several broken items, but we're much more upset about the cash.

  I won't be looking any further than Gorilla Movers for my moving needs around San Diego. My son needed a reliable moving company to help him move into his new apt. here in S.D. and Gorilla Movers, from the first couple of minutes of speaking to them, quickly proved themselves to be the excellent moving professionals that they are. My son and I were so impressed at how experienced and efficient they were with moving my son's things and best of all, followed up with us in making sure we were happy with their services. Thanks again for a great job. My son and I are so happy with what you've done for us.

  Amazing moving company. Had no troubles or headaches over using the local movers here at Gorilla. They truly did a great job in exceeding my expectations and making sure I was satisfied with their moving services the whole time they were helping me. Thanks again for being the great moving company that you are.
