  I called them with an issue with my pellet stove. They walked me through the whole thing. I called with more questions and they returned my call quickly. They were awesome.
  I will be buying my next stove from them.
  I waited for two days from Stove Keepers in Brook-line they didn't answer phone or emails and didn't return call after I left message.
  My new store will be Heart line for everything.

  Great place with a huge selection of stoves. They can service what they sell, they also stock parts for the stoves they sell. They are very knowledgeable and honest about the products that they carry.

  I spent an hour on the phone troubleshooting my stove with these folks. The gentleman I spoke with wouldn't hang up the phone until the stove was running. Couldn't ask for better or more attentive service.
  I attempted to have them come out and look at the stove, because I wanted to give them some labor to cover their time. They told me I had it fixed and they didn't want to take any money unless it really needed to be fixed!!! As far as I'm comcerned, there's only one place I'm going for parts and service on my Harman stove: right here!!!

  Quality product and installation. My Harman accentra has run perfect for 10 years and saved me a ton of money. I would not go anywhere else, and at this rate I may not ever have to. Great job people..

  Don't forget to bring cash if purchasing pellets, and they don't accept Discover card.
