The staff are friendly enough, but they hire these young kids with no hands on experience or training. We live around the block and I walked my dogs over for a simple nail grinding.
They argued with me when I asked them not to put anything around my dogs necks, and then I watched them wrestle with my frenchie on the table, and ignored me when I asked them to hold her instead.
They seemed completely embarrassed and insecure and didn't listen to me.
I think we'll be going to the Studio City location if it hasn't changed. The guys over there listen to me and can handle holding my dogs still.
Plus they always start off with a trim and then use the grinder. Unfortunately the girls at this location didn't seem to know what they were doing.
My dogs we're uncomfortable and it was uncomfortable for me to watch. I can't imagine what would have happened if they took them to the back room.response / report this review -

Paid $74 and they wasn't able to do anal gland expression for bulldogs even though they did two months ago. Staff was nice, but when you come in specifically for that, and they say go to your vet, it's Not convenient at all. Won't be coming back.
