Best customer experience ever in purchasing an ATV. (I have purchase 7 in last 10 years) Headwater can not only supply you with great service , parts and accessories, but also a convenient location to start your ATV day trip

BAD SERVICE!! We bought a snowmobile from them early January 17' they were supposed to send the registration and never did. I called them multiple times and got the run around by the counter guy (was rude) who I gave my name and number to so the owner could call me and explain why I never received my registration. I called the secretary of state and they told me it was registered in my name February 14 (month and a half after purchased) and I could buy a duplicate replacement one since I never got it. Its the second week of March and I still have not received my registration or even a call back. Horrible customer service I wont be back to give them any business.
