Our family ate here on a Thursday evening about 5:30. The service was great. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The food was delicious and came out quickly! We will definitely return on our next trip!

If you're in the mood for some unauthenticate, over priced, dry tacos, you're at the right place. The "hamburger" tasted like dog food. They charged us almost $3 for a taco shell, "hamburger", cheese and lettuce. Plus, they tried to only give us half of our order. You can get better food and service from taco bell. When I mentioned my issues, the fat guy shrugged and laughed. Nothing was done to remedy the situation. This is an exact duplicate of our late visit. Last time, they tried to give us half our order as well. This is an embarrassment to my Hispanic community.

My husband and I just tried the Cafe Cancun tonight. We were pleased to find it a great place for a casual dining out experience in a relaxed atmosphere. We wanted a nice dine- in type meal, but nothing too stuffy or extravagant. It seemed to be a good family restaurant, with friendly staff, very reasonable prices, and great food. We'll definitely go back, and I highly recommend the chicken soup.

Good tex-mex, full bar (alcohol must be ordered with food, city ordinance) friendly staff and fast service. Free chips and salsa. I eat here often.

Cafe Cancun is an easily accessible Mexican food restaurant near downtown Cleveland. The restaurant serves breakfast through dinner. Alcoholic beverages are available with a meal. The food is fresh, portions are ample, and the ambience is family friendly. Service is quick and efficient. This is a favorite of many locals.

Great experience at Cafe Cancun! The food and drinks were amazing! The staff were so accommodating, even proved our group with the remote controls to the closest TV.
