  Came in on a bust short staffed saturday to buy a new bikeand although Kurt was really busy he found time to help. Haley, the finance lady super nice. No pressure sales. If i didnt live 65 miles away.. i may do business again..

  Kurt, and service mgr Ralphabsolutely wonderful! I have my Goldwing 1500 serviced with the engine out and apart. WOW..Ralph knows his stuff inside and out! If you have a Goldwing, that's the place to go. They really do specialize in those Bikes. Stay away from Elherding service. Waited and waited to get bike back. Could not find problem. Took to Ralph, with 2 days, told me what it was. If repair requires getting deep into it, they are very comfortable with that. Hats off to Hayden..Good job!

  Never called me like they were instructed. Even after they told me any carb work they call b4. Ordered parts without consultating me first. Bikes been there 11 days. And still waiting on parts. So i ordered them they b here next day. No customer service. Will never bring anything back to this company. Horrible unsatisfied.

  I personally bought a new atv in 06 found salesman to be very helpful in my purchase. Returned with my cousin 11 years later and same salesmen was there to help him with his purchase. Great facility for all your cycle needs!

  Had a flat shortly after visiting the store, fortunately, had a Good Samaritan, fellow bike owner stop n get a tire plug . limped back to Hayden, and they got us in immediately, despite a heavy workload! They did well, in my opinion. ..

  Hayden has been a great place to get a deal and service. Great supporter of the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation and the Ride for Kids.
  You won't find a much better dealership.
