  1st sales representative was nice and knowledgeable but held back on all the available discounts. Went back to insure best pricing and managed another 200 off. Now it was closer to advertising discount. Ordered 6,000 worth of new furniture (3 items) and no delivery date. Next day canceled order. 5 Days later still wanting on refund. They have no problem taking your money but it’s a hassle trying to get it back.

  A nice selection of furniture for all ages. Prices can be a little high but the furniture is made well. Also, they have some good things in the clearance room.

  In September 2017 I purchased an entire dining room set and new bedroom furniture for each of my two son's rooms. The furniture was wonderful and we remain very satisfied. The reason for this review however is because my sales consultant, Valerie Cassano, exceeded my expectations. She was on top of all of my needs from the moment we discussed what I was looking for, through the sales transactions, delivery and set-up. She also checked on me and the furniture post delivery to ensure I remained satisfied. I have never received such attentive care from a sales associate before and highly recommend anyone shopping for furniture visit Valerie Cassano at the New Port Richey Store.

  The commercial with a dog barking at the end drives me crazy! It sets off my dogs every time. They continue to bark and growl for another 20 Minutes, which gives them just enough time for the next havertys commecial....

  All of our furniture is from Haverty's. We love it! It is excellent quality (our living room furniture was 17 years old and we just replaced it, our bedroom furniture is older). The sales people are very helpful and willing to work with you.

  Nice store. It has a large clearance section in the back. Definitely worth the trip if you need furniture. Don't forget to haggle. ;)

  It was our first time buying new furniture and Diane Weber was so helpful. I kept running circles around the showroom looking for the perfect pieces for our living room, she remained polite and helpful the entire time. Im so happy with our purchase and will definitely recommend their services to anyone looking to purchase new furniture. Diane even followed up with an email today which I wasnt expecting, thanking us for coming in. Great touch to the whole awesome customer service experience.
