I wait in my car for a hour until they open and when they finally open I walk in and the lady told me she have an appointment now she can’t do my nails I walk out so disappointed worst customer service ever!!

HORRIFIC! The people are rude, the service is terrible, and they cannot paint nails at all. The older man is completely disrespectful and talks about the customers thinking we have no idea. My shellac French manicure came out horrible and I asked them to re-do 2 nails and they said no. There is a bristle in my clear coat which stands out and each side of my nail is untouched with no nail polish at all. Complete waste of money and time. DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL PLACE!

I had a pedicure and manicure and the experience was awful. The fellow was rough with the pedicure and in only two days my manicure is peeling.

These people are the rudist personnel I have ever met in Harwich. I sincerely do not know how they stay in business. Do not go there if you want to be treated with respect and have your patronage appreciated. They have the slightest idea how to be polite, considerate or welcoming to their customers. It's like they are in another worldtheir attitude deplorable. All you have to do is walk in the door, ask one question, and see the reception you get. That will tell you immediately the cold, negative attitudes of these 3 folks. Do not give them your hard-earned dollar. I shall not return !!

The two men in there are RUDE! Andy, the owner, looks at you and decides if he's going to do your nails or not. Totally unprofessional. I'm not sure how they stay in business. I had a gel manicure and pedicure on the 3rd of July. By the 4th some of my polish on my toes had already chipped as had two of my fingernails. I went back in to see if they would "fix" them for me since I had JUST had them done and they gave me a REALLY hard time! I will NOT go back to Harwich Nails again. HORRIBLE customer service and HORRIBLE technicians!
