Please stay away if you are actually looking to get something done! He has been handling my fathers case since his accident in 2014. Since the accident he asked that he get paid so he can use this information as a bargaining chip to settle my fathers hospital bills. My father passed away in 2015 and here it is in 2018 and we still don’t have a settlement and he won’t return our phone calls. He still holds the rest of our fathers settlement money. He is a crook and a terrible lawyer when it comes to getting stuff done. I urge you to stay away!!!

I would have selected -5 stars if it were an option, Tom McCormack may very well be the worst experienced and unprepared lawyer in Georgia, his office alone will tell the story, cluttered and chaotic sums him up.
I had a very simple car wreck case which he dragged out for 5 years just for me to receive less than what the insurance company originally offered, I felt as if he was never on my side, I also made the mistake of allowing him to Handel my Chapter 7 bankruptcy, what a disaster!! after almost 2 years of getting nothing but excesses for the delays and requesting pay stubs every 3 months I still never got my case filed, I fired him and took my case to another local Lawyer( Scoot Tolbert) in only 6 days my case was filed and I had a court case and now its behind me, I would caution anyone from using Tom McCormack, unprepared, unprofessional, and one heck of an excuses machine. he comes off as a good ole boy with a big smile and charm, Don't be fooled.
