First accident I have been involved in. Jon Lee was my attorney he was awesome from the beginning of the process till the very end. He made me feel like he really cared about what me and my family was going through. Outstanding job! Definitely recommend him to anyone.

I have a friend who works here and is treated very well. She loves her job and if they treat their staff awesome than they must treat their clients well too. If I ever need a personal injury lawyer I'll check them out.

Being a victim of a car accident is not a situation I want to be in ever again. It is a very overwhelming process, which is why I'm so thankful for Premier Law Group (Jason Epstein and his amazing team). My significant other and I were able to focus on receiving medical care and recovering while Jason and his team handled all the unpleasant conversations with insurance companies. So glad we got to work with Jason from the very beginning of this journey. Thank you Premier Law Group, so thankful for all of you! Had a very straightforward case of unpaid wages from a previous employer. State law clearly states that a plaintiff suing for wages will be awarded attorney fees if they prevail so this is easy money.
Chatted with someone on their web site who took all my information and said someone would call or email me. Never happened.
Chatted again and gave all my information again. This time someone did call me. She wasted 10 minutes of my time letting me explain everything a third time then said if I wanted to do anything the first step was to pay $350/hour for a consultation.

Jason could take a few lessons into listening to what a potential client has to say. He kept messing up intricate details during our phone conversation. Very frustrating that someone like this is employed. And he is very sensitive when you point out his ineptitude.

We had the most amazing experience with Premier Law Group! I got into my first car accident ever and it wasn't my fault. (It was a three car rear-ending accident and I was the first car.) The whole thing was a confusing mess and I didn't know what to do or how to handle all of the insurance companies. I'm SO glad that I ended up engaging a lawyer to handle all of it for me.
Once Jonathan Lee got involved, everything went SO smoothly. I seriously didn't have to lift a finger after that. Everything went through him. It felt so great being like "call my lawyer, I don't want to talk to you, [XYZ insurance company]!" He was super efficient and I felt great knowing that he was working his hardest to advocate for me. Jonathan is one of the most hard working people I know. He always picked up the phone when I called and promptly returned all communications very quickly. He patiently answered all of my questions, even though I kept asking the same questions over and over because the whole process confused me. I liked that he always made himself available to me - it really made me feel like a valued client. Right after the accident, we needed the car fixed right away and we called a ton of places but were put off for two plus weeks. Jonathan called around and got us into a place near us that very same day! What service!! He really goes above and beyond for his clients.
He's one of the most competent people I've ever worked with. Not only did he get all of our repairs paid for, he also got us a rather large settlement. Even after he took his commissions, it was a sizable amount of money in our pocket! I wasn't really expecting this, since all we wanted was to get our car fixed so it was a really great added bonus! (He said that we could probably have gotten even MORE money if we litigated but we chose to settle because we didn't have the time to be deposed, etc.)
This is a weird thing to say because I really hope that I never get into another car accident again, but if I ever did, Jonathan would be the first person I'd call. A close relative of mine recently got into a pretty severe accident - someone ran a red and was texting. I immediately sent him to Jonathan!
I really didn't understand the value of hiring an attorney before this whole ordeal and now looking back I'm like, "Why wouldn't you?!" You should aways hire a lawyer! Because you need someone to advocate for you and the insurance companies just want to screw you over. You need someone in your corner and Jonathan is the best advocate you could have!response / report this review -

Being part of an auto accident is never a choice but looking for a lawyer is. Premier Law Group was the firm I chose to have represent me for a terrible car accident. I was not only stressed about the accident and injury itself but working with an attorney for the first time. Jason and Patrick assured me the entire time that they were going to handle my accident and treatment. I was comfortable and relaxed knowing I was taken care of. The firm listened and demonstrated compassion which took me by surprise because most businesses just care about their bottom line. They took the time out of their busy task to educate me about my accident, the law, and my treatment/repairs. It was nice to feel cared for as an individual instead of another ticket stub waiting in line on a production conveyer belt. You will never hear this word from them, "Next!"

My wife and I were in multi car pile-up heading into Seattle for Dinner with friends. I had back, knee, ankle, and shoulder problems resulting from the accident I had surgery required on the knee and full ankle replacement on the ankle. Patrick Kang was our attorney. He did a great job of explaining the process, what to expect, what to focus on etc. He is very direct and open which I appreciated. We received a settlement on the high end of what Patrick thought would happen which was great. Recently Patrick in closing the payout to the my medical insurer negotiated a lower settlement for them which resulted in a nice bonus for us. Patrick did a great job for us. I have no qualms recommending Patrick. Thanks Premier!

I came to Jason Epstein at Premier Law Group after I was rear ended and I don’t regret my choice.
There is nothing about the experience that could have been done better.
I have no problem to recommend them, if you are looking for a car accident attorney these guys will get you handled right!!

I was injured in an auto accident while visiting Washington state. The situation was overwhelming for me and Jason Epstein and Jon Lee were very kind and compassionate throughout the process. They explained each step and patiently answered all my questions. Mr. Lee was able to obtain a fair settlement for my injuries without my having to return to Washington. I would definitely recommend Premier Law Group.

The staff were very kind and helpful. They answered all my questions and were very detailed with their response. My case was not very easy but the staff worked hard continuously to get me a great offer! Great law firm, they eased my mind and I barely did anything. Thanks to Jason and all the great staff!
