This was the best thing we did in Vegas. Wife and I rented a Triumph Thunderbird and rode 2-up through Valley of Fire. Best time. The prices and staff were terrific. We will be back next time around!!

Big shout out to the sales department, Morgan and Sean! I am a Harley guy, always will be. I expressed an interest in a soft-tail and Morgan reached out and invited me in to take a closer look right away. Never tried to talk me into a Ducati instead or change my my opinion. He always wanted what was best on my part. Sean was great too! The process was so easy and painless. I just showed up with pay stubs then to sign papers. Thank you guys, I love the bike!

I was looking for something very specific (2002-2004 BMW R1150R) and found a 2003 at Harrison Eurosports. I live in Denver, CO and have never purchased a motorcycle from out of state before. Shawn made the whole process very easy. Not only is he very knowledgeable about BMW motorcycles, but has had customers from all over the US, so he really put me at ease about the shipping process and recommended companies that he has had good results with. Shawn and his team were very responsive to my emails and phone calls, and very prompt about sending me paperwork, etc. The bike made to Denver in perfect condition and has truly exceeded my expectations. The whole process from start to finish was exceptional. I would recommend Shawn and Harrison to anyone looking for a special motorcycle and an excellent buying experience - no matter where they live.

I purchased a r1200 GS Adventure and it was a great experience. Thor not only has great product knowledge, he took the time to answer all my questions in great detail. He took as long as I needed to go over all the features on the motorcycle when I picked it up and gave me good advice on accessories. Jeff in the parts department took his time to help get me the proper gear.

Overall, this was one of the best purchasing experiences for me. I highly recommend Harrison Eurosports.

The sales department is friendly and knowledgeable. The parts department however is horrible. Took 3 months to get parts that they said would take 2-3 weeks to arrive. They could never locate my parts, and seemed very unconcerned that they were taking so long, and seemed to talk down to me when I asked for updates, like it was a chore to even talk to me. Every time I called the response I got was, it should be in this shipment we just got, or we'll call triumph and see where your parts are. I never got a return call from anyone. Will never buy parts from here again. Based on the lack of customer service, I won't be using their service department either. If I was you, I would just skip this dealership and look elsewhere.

Good buying experience. I just signed on my first BMW after years on Harleys and sport bikes. Shawn's encyclopedic knowledge of the product line was very helpful. When I narrowed the choice to two bikes he set them both up and turned me loose for test rides, which clinched the deal.

I am very happy with my experience. Thor is a great salesperson and his knowledge of the bikes he sells is superb. If you have any questions about riding a motorcycle on the road or race track just ask him. He freely shares his experience and offers great advice willingly. He is a great asset for any rider. Jamie went above and beyond help me finance my new bike. I really appreciate her professionalism and great attitude. It was a great experience from start to finish.

Morgan made this purchase easy!

Great experience from the first time I walked in until the final visit when I drove my new Ducati home. Morgan was informative and helpful without being overboard on any matter. He understood that I take my time looking and researching. He kept me aware and informed of my options without being pushy. He always returned phone calls and had things prepared when I came in to look, ask questions, and test drive. Morgan also gave me great advise when it came to picking out my gear.

Management and the Finance department were thorough and helpful in making sure options where available and best decisions where made.

I am very pleased with my experience yesterday here at Harrison Eurosports. I worked with Shawn to purchase a 2017 BMW R1200 GSA. After he reviewed my trade-in, he showed me the R1200 and went over the options included in the Premium Package. He asked me if I wanted any accessories, and after listening to me, he suggested some additional items to take advantage of a special promotion. Had he not done that, I would have ended up paying a lot more. I consider Shawn’s approach to be excellent consultation and customer service.

I met with Jamie to review the financing, and found her to be professional, and a pleasure to work with. Anyone making a purchase at any dealership, be it a car, boat, or a motorcycle must understand that every dealership is primarily interested in the customer’s experience and the costs to that customer. It’s Jamie’s role to offer finance and insurance options to every customer to help better their experience. As I sit here now and read some of the other reviews and especially those from unhappy customers, I want to be clear: From my experience, I believe both Shawn and Jamie did an outstanding job. Thank you both!

I am satisfied with my experience and look forward to working with everyone at Harrison Eurosports in the future.

Just purchased my second bike from Thor at Harrisons. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and is able to help you find the best bike for you, always helpful and never any pressure. His years of experience as a rider, racer and trainer on a variety of makes and models makes him a terrific resource for both beginners and experienced riders. After shopping all other options around town it was the team at Harrison's and my great experience with sales, service and parts departments and the other customers I met at the various rides and events that made it an easy decision to get another bike from them again. Highly recommend!

The service department is second to none I have ever used. They always deliver more than promised, often early and never more than quoted. Their work is exceptional and on occasion have even found needed safety repairs that I was unaware of. Andy and Alex are over the top great. Highly recommend!!
