I have not bought a bike here but took in my Fezzari MTN bike for repair and they were friendly, prompt and charged a very reasonable price for the work they did. I am planning to take my road bike in to get serviced soon as well.

My wife took a bike into NPC for a disabled family member who wants more independence riding a bike. The bike was donated by another Payson business and simply needed a tire replaced. NPC gave a verbal quote of "around $20" for the tire replacement. There was no written quote provided. The bill exceeded approximately 150% of the verbal quoted cost. NPC claimed to “have discounted a little”, though the itemized receipt doesn’t show any applied discount.

This a great bike shop, Specialized is a awesome brand, good prices, service and repairs are great, have friendly staff, very knowledgeable, wouldnt take it anywhere else!

Amazing customer service, ready to help, and their tune up/overall service is fantastic. I have taken a few of my bicycles in several times before, and am never disappointed with their service.

So I took my bike in for them to replace a spoke, (I took it in the morning) and they said it would be done in a couple hours. So I went back in a couple hours and it wasn't done, they said come back before they close. So I did and they said sorry we forgot about it. And I was going to moab the very next day, so I had to take it to a shop in moab. Also my buddy got a tube and had them put it on and they charged 20 bucks, for a tube and for putting it on, which took 5 min. He had no idea it would be so expensive. I do NOT recommend this mtb shop.

Always have a great experience every time I go into the shop. All the staff members are friendly and give awesome advice.

Great service i ride bmx and don't always have the tools I need with me and they let me come in and use them free of charge if i need any help its just a couple bucks and they will help you out they are very educated on bikes and brands just an all around great bike shop since day one I've gone in and never have had any issues i highly recommend this bike shop for mtn bikers

These guys really know Specialized bikes. They answered our billion questions, let us test ride, and stayed after hours ringing us up. They added special stuff to the innertube so we won't get flats, no extra charge. We bought 2 awesome bikes!

This is a great local shop and is under new ownership. Very friendly staff and willing to help with all the information and parts you need. It looks like they have even started stocking more inventory than what the previous owner did, so I'm more likely to find what I need here.
As for the service department, it's great, timely and they do good work. They suggest alternatives, if there is one to a fix, so I know I'm getting an honest repair and not feeling gouged. I hope more people in the Payson, Santaquin, Salem, Woodland Hills and Elk Ridge area will support this local shop as they are really doing a great job. Plus, it's nice to have local expert ownership.response / report this review
