Harlem Property Management, Inc. is responsive, attentive and considerate professionals. I have received their support for over two years while facing numerous issues from rodents to unexpected damages to door locks. In all instances, they have responded to my requests within 30 minutes, followed up with me until the issue has been resolved and most importantly they have been open to recommendations on how to improve any support services they provide.

I became co-administrator of an estate that owned a 16 unit building in Brooklyn. A week after I became involved, the unprofessional management company that preceded HPM gave me four days’ notice that they were leaving, and we would be on our own.
We brought in HPM, they took over immediately, and began working with me and our team to transition from the previous management company. Their team handled the transition quickly and professionally without missing a beat. They managed the building for the next year until the building was sold and worked through the transition to the new owners.
They were a pleasure to work with. The entire team was one of the most professional and responsive companies I have worked with. I can only imagine what my life would have been like had we not brought in HPM.
