They try their best with what they have. They need better facilities. The shop is outdated. The main facility is falling apart( cracked floors,walls, stains on the ceiling, paint, old, and peeling). The bathrooms smell like the sewers.

Very good TA to stop for a 10. Plenty of fuel islands. The parking lot needs a little work but in this industry, that's almost everywhere. Clean showers and restrooms.

Terrible! Got there and was completely ignored! Wasn't busy at all. Waitress finally brought 1 menu for 2 people and said it'd be 1/2 hour to get service! Never even offered a drink or even a 2nd menu! Others were waited on that arrived after us! Again was not busy! After 15 min we left. Will never be back!

Probably one of the worst truck stops in the country. The filth is so bad i was afraid i would come down with a virus, the smell by the rest rooms makes one want to throw up. Zero warm food, both desk clerks just chatting doing nothing. My advice wait till exit 312.

Fantastic service and got us in for a wheel bearing replacement right away. The Technician Josh was not only knowledgeable about truck repairs, but definitely would recommend him to others. Ask for Josh to work on your Truck 🚒.
