The whole test drive experience. Answered all my questions about the car. Love this place. Our family drives nothing but Hondas. Bought another car here 10 years ago and it's still running at 210K miles. Miguel on the sales staff was super courteous and helpful.

I called and spoke to Scott regarding a lease for a Honda CR-V. I told him I have been to multiple dealers and these are the prices I'm in the market for. The next day Adeal called me and said to give them a chance and he will guarantee he will satisfy us as consumers. I told him I loved 40 miles away, yet he continued to promise to beat the other dealers I had visited.
I drove down today, after an hour of wasting my time, Adeal wasn't available, they come to me with ridiculous pricing. 100$$ over their sister dealer. The manager comes up with the sales rep and displays low quality customer service, calls me a liar regarding what the other Honda had quoted me.
In conclusion, please do your research prior to visiting this dealer. They are dishonest people. Thank you,response / report this review -

When I bought my car the experience was great and the quickest I've ever experienced. When I came for my first oil change my service only took an hour; again the shortest service I've ever had. This is my first Honda I have owned and thus far my experience has been wonderful and painless!!

Buying my new car at Hardin Honda was the greatest car buying experience I've had. They gave me what I asked for with very little haggling and finance also did a great job of getting me in and out. Thank you to Salesman John and staff for the excellent service I received. I would definitely recommend Hardin Honda!

Chris and his crew are amazing. I needed a full round of tires and if you don't have a bunch of money they are called. Milestars! Check them out. The price is right,they look great on my car, and it's like floating on a cloud.

This was my first time adulting and getting a car on my own. I'm not going to say it was the easiest process but If you go in ask for Jorge he's an amazing guy. He was so helpful and really understands this is a big purchase for most people and he wants you to not only love what you get but he wants you to enjoy the experience and the help you receive.

I gave it 1 star just because they lie when I bought my car, they said they will cover one oil change and I have to pay the next then they will cover one and I pay the next till the warranty of the car expires. I got the first one free and then I pay, so the third time I went they charged me and said that is not how it works.
In order for you to get free oil change you have to pay for a minor service which is $80+, the oil change itself is $40 so in reality you are not getting a free oil change since you are paying $80+ for the minor services which is oil change plus fluids check. So on those $80 you are pretty much paying in advance for your next. No to mention that once you reach 30000 miles you are due for a mayor service which of course will be a lot more expensive and if you don't get it done with them then forget about the free oil changes.
So if you are thinking on getting a car on this dealer and they offer you an oil change free per one you pay make sure they explain well so you can decide there if is ok for you or not and you get it in writing, there are dealers they offer free oil change for 3-5 years. Keep in mind they will do everything they can to sell you the car including offering something they won't eventually do . So ask for everything in writing.response / report this review -

We just want to give a huge shout out to all of the staff at Hardin Honda. Thank you does not begin to show just how appreciative we are with the excellent and expedient service that we received. On August 21,2017 we arrived in Anaheim after driving our Honda Pilot from British Columbia, Canada. We started to experience car trouble while on the I-5 approx 10 minutes from arriving at our hotel. We contacted Hardin Honda once we checked into our hotel and they recommended a great tow company to get our vehicle to them for repairs. Once they received our vehicle we were assured that we would hear from them by noon the next day. We were extremely surprised to hear from the dealership by 10am the next day informing us that our vehicle was repaired and ready to go! We were in a very desperate situation and Hardin Honda took care of us respectfully and for this reason I would recommend them to anyone. If only we lived closer, they would be my dealership of choice to deal with. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Brought my car in for an oil change on a Friday afternoon. It was as if they were trying to talk me OUT of getting my car serviced, so they could finish up their day. First, I was told it would be "at least" an hour and a half wait. Then, I was told I "don't really need" an oil change right now (despite being hundreds of miles over my recommended mileage for my next change). Horrible way to make the customer feel that RELIABLE service is being provided. I would HIGHLY recommend using the Express Service, however. I have never had an issue and the customer service Darin provides there is exceptional every time!

Excellent dealership for honoring lease prices ads with no junk fees nor sales pitch. Following are my feedback as a new Honda Accord 2017 lessee:
1) Lease price offer matched newspaper ads
2) No sales pitch for optional devices installation
3) Very helpful salesperson: Mr. Edward Erskine
4) Finance transaction completed within reasonable time frame

I was first contacted by Melissa Rodriguez through internet price quote, and she was able match me with a good price for the car color that I want. When we met in person, she was very patient in explaining everything about the car, did not push me in buying anything that I did not want. Working with Melissa at Hardin Honda made buying car a very smooth and pleasant experience.

EXCELLENT EMPLOYEE STEVEN P. Service Dept. We came in concerned because our "service engine now" light was on. He took our car at 9:26 and had it back to us in 1 hour!! (Serviced, tires rotated, and washed) We will definitely keep this OUR HONDA CENTER!! Thank you everyone for making this old lady feel safe again!! Paul & Marie

My husband and I purchased two cars here. Great service! We were given space and time to look around to find what we wanted and make decisions on the cars we bought. Didn't feel like a guppy in a shark tank. Given AMAZING deals on our cars considering we paid in full (they make the money on financing). I would purchase here again and recommend to family and friends.
