One year ago I would give Harbor five stars, but unfortunately most of the daycare staff has left over the last few months and the front desk staff as well. Too much turnover in staff, understaffed daycare, I was really sad to pull my dog out but I was concerned about the lack of trained staff and staff in general. Hopefully they can turn things around.

This is a very professional organization; I'm pleased my Golden Fenway is a client/patient. First and foremost the place is immaculate; does smell at all. Staff is attentive and seems to like working there. Dr. Packard is terrific; she always offers options to the care Fenway requires and allows me to choose what I want to do. While a bit pricey (I don't have pet insurance), I've never felt "ripped off" for the quality of care received. I recommend Harbor wholeheartedly.

Very pleased with the care and followup support of Dr Packard and staff. Post visit instruction excellent! Very pleased with care, my cat is improving thanks to the care she is receiving!

We have been going to Harbor Animal Hospital for almost 13 years. We have always received the highest quality care for our 4 legged children. HONEY , HER LATE BROTHER LANCE, AND OUR NEWLY ADOPTED AMY. We feel very blessed to have found them. Dr. Cordy has always been there there for us, through Good and Bad. The staff are always welcoming and knowledgeable. We thank them all for their hard work.

Really disappointed by my experience with this vets office. When I call, no one seems to know what's going on. Very real communication issues here. I've called 2-3 times in advance to make sure my cats medication is ready and correct, and shown up and they have no idea what I'm getting or where it is. Then I sit for 20-30 minutes waiting, and watch one patient after another come in and deal with the same issues. The veterinarians hours are very irregular so you may pay for a test with results in 24 hours and get a call back over a week later because no one is there to give you results. Really poor care.

Had a great first experience with harbor animal hospital. From the helpful and friendly employees at the front desk to the vet assistants to the veterinarian himself. He was spot on with his diagnosis and my dog was doing better in no time. Prices were extremely fair as well. Which is always nice. Definitely my new spot for animal care. Going to try out the grooming services next. Great overall experience and highly recommend them.

I use Harbor for both boarding and vet services for my cat. what I found comforting is that the people working there can tell you how they interact with him and ow he is while he is there. they take the time to know him and really care for him.

My dog loves the staff at Harbor, especially the doggie daycare! Very caring and knowledgeable staff. Dr Cordy and everyone that works at Harbor treats all of their furry friends with such care. Highly recommended!

Harbor is awesome! They are so kind, caring and supportive to my rescue dog who is intimidated by most men and all strangers. When I have needed emergency appointments, they are most accommodating and their diagnostic and medical care has been top notch. They provide sage advice when treatments are necessary and advise against those treatments that are very costly and not worth doing. I am completely satisfied as a customer!
