I cannot remember how long I have been taking my cats to City Kitty. Must be over 20 years. I have always loved them. Kathy and Sarah are great vets, loving, relaxed, and caring of both the cats and their caretakers. For me, the best sign regarding the quality of the practice is how long Kathleen and Lance have been techs there.

Staff here is really knowledgeable, patient and friendly - having always answered all my queries in such a professional, non judgemental manner. Super welcoming, bright and comfy waiting space. Great location. I'm super allergic to cats (go figure!) but my body can't even seem to tell there's cats here! Very clean. Affordable. Love that they put my cat and her health first; allowing me to pay down my bill over a short period of time. Won't take my kitty daughter anywhere else. Highly recommend.

The entire staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. They took great care of my baby and were willing to listen to my fears and answer my questions. They also gave her a cat nip toy when we left that she loves

City Kitty has been one of the best veterinary clinics I have ever needed to use. My almost 6 year old black cat one day about a month back started peeing blood and my husband and I were not sure what to do. After calling them on Friday afternoon they set us up with an emergency appointment. They staff there was so kind and helpful. The appointment went well and I was given very clear instructions on how my husband and I should monitor her care. Another thing I want to talk about is the bill. I know that this may seem strange but hear me out, I have never seen such a clearly stated itemized bill before. Everything that was done, from medications to cost of different tests, was clearly stated. If I had any questions about anything it was explained. I don't get that sort of clarity on my own medical bills.
If we ever need more medical treatments for our I know we will be returning here in the future.response / report this review -

I have been bringing my cats to City Kitty since two months after they opened in 1999. Everyone is so caring, so qualified . They love cats so much, are very gentle. No smell whatsoever, no barking dogs, extremely clean. Not pushy at all. Prices are comparable to other high quality vets. Truly would never go anywhere..tried once only because place was closer to my house but walked out after 10 minutes because my older kitty was freaked out due to barking dogs in waiting room.

We had an emergencyour JellyBeans was in labor and had the last kitten stuck half way after pushing for more than an hour. We called and they accommodated us right away. The staff was great. They knew what they were doing. Once we walked into CityKitty, we knew we made the right choice. They provided us with information and treatment before and after. This will be our place for future visit. Thank you.

I had my first visit there this week and have nothing but amazing things to say about this place. Everyone was amazing!!! I even got a call the next after my appt to see if i had any questions. I had to pick up a vitamin for kitty and the vet tech say down with me and explained everything thoroughly.

I first went to City Kitty in 2005 based on a recommendation and have been a loyal client. They have cared for three of my cats. The staff is friendly and caring, and I feel like their favorite kitty owner when I have to visit (for annual check ups or an emergency). Dr. Lund always comes into the room with a big smile and great energy. She takes time to listen to all my concerns (this crazy cat lady comes up with some good ones-why can't my cat eat cheese puffs?). When one cat had to be put to rest, they were compassionate and let me hold her while she passed on. I wish my own doctors treated me with that much respect. The new location is much easier to get to. I wish I could give them 100 stars.

The staff at City Kitty is amazing. They took such good care of my Harmony when she had to have most of her teeth removed. The office cats instantly calmed her. I would not take my babies anywhere else. I highly recommend City Kitty to any Kitty parents out there looking for a family vet environment!

Excellent veterinary office. If you have a cat and live any reasonable distance, go here, it's the best thing for your companion's wellbeing. They actually care about (and are knowledgeable about) cats; you won't be rushed through for the sake of time or money or whatever else, and you will be scolded if you're not doing right by your cat. If honesty is the best policy, the staff of City Kitty have it in spades. They're right in line, if not slightly more expensive price-wise, for a level of care, knowledge, and compassion that you will not find elsewhere. If you have one cat or even many, many kitties, cancel those other vet appointments and bring them to City Kitty. Your cat(s) will appreciate it.

I have been taking my cats to city kitty for 15 years and they are THE BEST! They are as obsessed with my cats as I am and everyone is so knowledgable and nice!! Worth every penny!

City Kitty has been amazing at helping me navigate my cat's health. They diagnosed her diabetes and gave me the information I needed to keep her in good health. I would recommend this office to any cat owner.

Just got back from this place and I HAD to write a review !
AMAZING service from the beginning until the end. They were super nice and informative , they were very gentle with my cat :) and he was not at all upset by what they were doing with him. Great invironment, although they were busy I didn't wait any longer than maybe 20 minutes !!! I highly recommend this vet and the workers. All of them were happy to help me and I was relieved to know that my cat was healthy :) !response / report this review -

I love this place. All they take care of are cats!! The people are friendly and accomodating. My cat isn't always friendly but she was better here than at my previous vet. They called a few times after her visit to see how she was doing. I couldn't be happier with a vet. If you have a cat and are looking for a vet please visit City Kitty you won't be disappointed.

City Kitty has been taking care of our cats for about 20 years. They've helped us with new kittens and with dear old buddies, always with good and loving care. The doctors provide excellent medical care and the entire support staff are friendly and helpful and treat us and our pets like family. We find that having the practice limited to cats definitely makes a visit less traumatizing for our cats than a general practice that has the noise and smell of dogs.

Great experience, were very friendly and welcoming. My new cat enjoyed the experience with exam rooms which were cat proof and secluded. Great prices for exams, shots and all up front and itemized.

This is the only vet I have taken my cats to that willingly itemizes all the expenses before anything is done and doesn't act all coy about it. They also will work with a person re breaking up payments. Yes, they are more expensive, but I have to say that their techs and the vets themselves seem very knowledgeable and gladly explain things to me. They also are not set in their ways in terms of treatments. I've had cats for decades, and this is the best vet clinic I've found.

I took my cat there and I love there service the price is perfect . if you don't have payment the same day you can split it up and pay different week the only thing about that they charge $25 which it kind of too much But everything else it prefect

This is the most amazing place I have ever taken my girls. I drive over an hour to bring them here because I moved since I first found them. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and are all cat lovers. It is evident in their care of my girls. They are really good with a "slightly" over worried cat mom, and are always willing to take the time to answer questions I have. I never feel rushed out the door. I always recommend City Kitty to anyone I know who has cats! I hope I never have to go to another vet again.
