I purchased two hours of services online. Big mistake. I attempted to call three times over the course of two weeks to schedule. Each time I was told they would call me back, and they never did. I left a voicemail and email attempting to cancel the charge, with no response. This is the first time I have left a negative review and I feel terrible about it, but I feel a responsibility to warn other people not to make the same mistake I did.

They were SO rude! I am buying a house and I called to get a quote of a few things I needed a handy man help. He said he did not have time to give me a quote and it could it a week to 10 days!

We had some issues with our tub and Jack came out on 3 days notice to take care of it. Jack was honest, responsive, and did very high quality work. He had several opportunities to do more work than was necessary or run up the price, neither of which he did. We will absolutely be using Jack again.
