The inn was very pretty. I went for a wedding reception and alcohol was provided. That's always good.

This location has a decent gym treadmills elliptical and free weights, close to the university restaurants within walk distance spacious room polite staff out door pool and two conference rooms.

I booked this hotel based on the reviews and my best friend booked her baby shower there. Upon arrival I noticed that it could use have an upgrade but I was ok with that. Than we begun to notice the amount of flies that was around the lobby. But as soon as our room warmed up here came the flies. During the set up of the shower we couldn't leave the food opened bc flies were every where. The part that took me over the top was the ants. I noticed them along the the outside side door but never would I image that my SUV would be fill with ants. My 5 year old pointed that there was an ant on the door I killed it and thought nothing of it. It was an hour or two into the ride when they started coming out. They were crawlings all over my daugthers blanket, on us, coming out the vents etc. We had to stop at a walmart to get ants spray. Took everything out and spray. We were originally supposed to get home at 10:30 pm but got home at 1:36am to be exact. We drove from VA to AL and thats a 12 hour ride and factor in each time stopping to spray. So yes I am furious bc the hotel didn't advise us of the ant situation although after speaking with the manager they knew ants were in the hotel. She did give me one night refund but it's still not enough. Our whole trip back home was uncomfortable and longer than needed. I will never stay here again. My stay was very disappointing. We didn't eat breakfast either bc of the flies landing on things. It's gross! They need to do better!

Toilet ran all night maintenance came twice couldn't fix it.
A/C was way to hot and it was a new unit. Super humid in room due to not being able to turn A/C down .. Go to another hotel.response / report this review
